Un reserved seating (away games)

Hi

I appreciate that this probably sounds like an utterly stupid question. But does 'unreserved seating' mean exactly what it says on the can - you sit where you want? (In this case I am referring to an away game at southend) .. And I assume it is then natural for the tickets you receive not necessarily to be the same seats that you ordered, as its unreserved so u sit where you want?
