Guiseley is Leeds/Bradford, Chorley is Preston way on.

Assume you want Chorley up as it's a small jaunt at 5 hrs away rather than the mammoth trek of Guiseley at 5 hrs 20. :ffs::surr:

You want Chorley over Guiseley. Bigger town, decent town. Good ground. I've had good times at Guiseley as a Shayman and a neutral but ultimately it's a very small town, the ground lacks any elevated views and it's dotted with supporters walking their dogs around the pitch perimeter asking everyone how the Leeds game's going.

It's been... Err, an experience - sometimes it's been fun and you've all been lovely in your own tinpotted ways.

But I pray to the heavens we aren't a part of this next season.

We're teetering on the verge of joining you all next season, presumably our place will be booked after Saturday's trip to Plymouth.

I wouldn't mind seeing Fylde, Guiseley and Whitehawk come up, be nice to see some of the smaller clubs get a chance to play in this league.

Is it really because you'd like there to be some teams in the league that would go out of business even faster than you guys if the money men were ever to pull out?

This is the reason why relegation on Saturday will be a blessing in disguise as we will be relegation certs next year looking at the £££ in that list!

Three more will be confirmed on Saturday, with possibly another one coming down from League 2 - I reckon it'll be Barrow, Macclesfield, Welling and Cheltenham as the dice is given one last throw for Tranmere.

Chorley's ground deserves to be in the NATIONAL LEAGUE, if you ask me.

How anyone would want £ylde promoted is beyond me. A disaster waiting to happen.

Think there'll be a "shock" relegation next season, one of the larger sides will go down.

Us or Kiddy I reckon.

For us it depends on who we keep, who we get rid off and who we bring in. But I can see us being down there

Doubt Kiddy will be down there.

How much money do Fylde and Whitehawk actually have? Eastleigh and FGR levels?

Where's Altrincham?

Not literally where's Altrincham, but where's Altrincham on that list?

Macc will be alright as long as Askey is in charge. Hell, it's unlikely but you might even be in League Two next season.

Literally everything points to us - very poor manager if he stays, mediocre budget, mass exodus in the summer, board that haven't recruited one good manager in their time in charge.....sorry to sound like a stuck record, but I firmly believe we're in trouble.

^ agree - getting worse every season which is quite a feat. There really are no words to describe how badly we've been managed and there is no light at the end of the tunnel or aces up sleeves.

Absolute shambles and fucking sick of it.

You did seem to turn the corner towards the end of last season, I would have expected at least a play-off challenge by now. I feel for you, you must be getting heartily sick of it with no discernible improvement in sight.

Perhaps Aldershot (the only ex-league Conference team lower than you in the table, not counting Southport) could be the next "big" team to drop? Great shame to see all that hard work in building the new club and rising back up to the league, only to throw it away within a mere five seasons - I would hope that AFC Wimbledon remain sensible with their financial management regarding their plans to move back to Plough Lane, even it means staying in League 2 for a good few seasons yet.
