The Vanarama National League manager of the month for November is Barrow AFC`s Paul Cox.
The Bluebirds finished November on a 20-match unbeaten run and with progression still in the Emirates FA Cup and Buildbase FA Trophy competitions the future looks bright.

During the month, the Cumbrian club took on high flying Dagenham & Redbridge and showed their promotion candidacy with a resounding away victory.

Paul Cox's squad, which he has been building slowly, is now getting noticed and expect more to come from them.

There was nothing between cox cowley and mellon all 3 deserved it, cox probably shaded it due to barrows cup result.

Throughly deserved in that case anyone that goes a month unbeaten in all comps deserves an award
