Well, this has draw written all over it, two of the worst sides in the division on recent form meet up at Villa Park. Hoping for a win, but we'll see. Bruce is apparently sticking with his 5-3-2 formation, because it worked so well last game. Then again, we won't have that petulant tit (Grealish) playing.

(My) Predicted line-up:
Johnstone
Chester Elphick Baker
Bree ------------------------- Taylor
Hourihane Bjarnason Lansbury
Hogan Kodjia

Score - 1-1

I don't think the formation worked particularly badly really, the game was lost through a shocker from Johnstone and Grealish being a dick. First half hour or so was actually quite encouraging.

We were much better against Reading, but we haven't been consistent for 2 seasons.

2-0

We are not going down. My worry is we are getting worse and making the same mistakes. Today has completely killed me off.

Great win for us, especially playing half the game with four full backs. Nice to get a goal from someone other than Lawrence too.

Good Mick McCarthy performance. 9 shots on target to 1, and they win 0-1

I get the feeling you're loving this .

Not really, he was the same at Wolves. It was dire football to watch. Defend all game and then snatch a late goal on the counter. Personally I hated watching his style, but it was effective... in this division anyway.

Yeah he's one of those managers that has an horrible style of football but gets the job done.

Been watching the Huws goal all week, really says something about us when it's had that much of a pull over me when I see a midfielder making pacey direct runs into the box, it just never happens. Great result.
