I’m hoping we absolutely batter these horrible bastards. If we play our game, I could see it being 3 or 4 to us, but stoke are a bit of a bogey team. Grealish is out by the look of it, which will save him a kicking. 2.1 Villa, 37890(2502)

We were poor today. Stoke did what I thought they might do, and broke our play up well. We are just not the same team without Grealish, but we were not at it today at all. Two very poor goals to give away. Bad result but a point gained at the end.

it was bloody freezing down there today, and I even wrapped up.
and agree with Loyal about Grealish, was missed today, and the goals conceded were just sloppy mistakes yet again

Grealish makes us tick. We were awful at the back and nyland again was poor at times. My lad wanted to leave on 60 minutes because he was that cold . Horrible day, but what do you expect when stoke are in town.

What a bargain John McGinn. He will go on to bigger and better things. Definitely a premier league player. One of the best players we’ve had at the villa in years.
