Eisa & Rose out which means Pyke is our only recognised striker, that’s what happens when you don’t sign enough strikers for the 5th window running

Mullin is back! He looked well off the pace when he came on against Doncaster but great to see him back so early.

Great to see Hayden in the squad too. We all feared the worst for him when he limped off last time.

Strong side for us, but wish to see Evans in midfield instead of Young, but happy enough with Young there. His set pieces are of real quality every time. Nice to see Hayden in defence to cause mayhem in both boxes.

Lawlor, Senior, Maxwell, Wood and Hurst all out injured, it’s becoming a joke, we get one back and lose five

I think he fits very well into the system which helps a lot. It'll be interesting to see if teams key in on him a bit more, I didn't think McGoldrick was great last night but obviously comes with a massive reputation so teams will focus on him.

Great day either way, need a few more toilets and more staff on the bar probably but otherwise I thought it was a decent place to watch a game. On another day one of Salford's chances at 1-0 goes in and we might not go on to win but I think we fully deserved it.
Or on another day we go in 4 0 at half time

Even by our standards I don’t think you can call Pyke a recognised striker. 9 career league goals from 140+ games. 5 of those were for Wrexham in NL. I think he’s more of a utility forward…

Eisa and Rose both out injured, how long can Wrexham keep getting away with this?

Time to ring the FA and complain I think,

weirdly, most of those goals were scored with back heels.

The stats say it all. You can’t win football matches if you don’t try and score.

Shock horror, we're the only game that's still 0-0. Two horrendous sides who have no idea how to score a goal.

1 down at Accrington, been the better side. Their 7 (Whalley?) did the classic cheat of diving over a leg and ref did the rest.

We need a right royal rollicking at half time. So slow. I think Conroy as Def midfield and Johnson as right c back need swapping...and we need to get Wright out of the centre. He has been beaten over his head three times including for the goal.

Tranmere are basically sitting in.

Score's a fair reflection. Had our moments and hit posts and crossbar but Donnie the better side overall and dominating midfield most of the half. Goal itself was really well taken.

I can see why Wrexham have conceded so many goal this season but we’re so bad up top we’re making it easy for them. Add to that some horrific defending and you get an easy Saturday afternoon for them

Placed a bet for 0-0 at 12/1. unfortunately, total stake is £1.50 and 50p of that is a free bet.

And we’ve balls this up. 3 down, prob the worst side we’ve played against this season too.

Edit - other than Notts County of course.

A satisfying win. Feel like things are starting to click now- at one point someone is going to get battered.

Christ on a bike. Laviner came on and delivered some superb dead balls and we get level form a corner, then JMT does his knee in a nothing tangle off the ball and we paly the last few minutes with ten men as no subs left and of course Donny crack one in from distance with the usually excellent Daniels getting it all wrong.

What an utterly rancid game of football.

Harrogate scored a scabby goal with about their third forage out of their own half while City played slow, laboured football between their back 4 with zero threat. For the majority of the game it was like Harrogate were playing hot potato. They'd get the ball and just kick it to us. Both teams deserved 0 points. Awful, awful, awful.

Hughes out.

Credit to Doncaster, kept going for the win and put some excellent balls in. The shot reads about thirty to us to a few for them but then comparative threat was nothing like that. We are very unlucky though, some of those were just not your day misses.
ETA XG of about 3 to .5 in our favour. Arse

Hughes has had his job saved by the Harrogate keeper having a rush of blood in the last minute there.

We're going nowhere with this clown and look clueless by the week.

Not that Harrogate were any better. They were arguably even worse than us and their goal was about 5 miles offside.
