Pope would have hit it first time into an empty net but Willo dithers on the ball. Don't think he has a footballing brain and never will.

Need Forde back. Baxendale has been horrendous for a season and a half, lightweight, can't keep the ball, poor decision making, poor positioning...

Forde has been excellent and we, really, really missed him today. He has brilliant delivery, a trick up his sleeve, great movement and can toast a full back with ease. Today we only had Cook for width, who has problems with consistency.

Well what an awful performance that was my nan is stronger than Baxendale. In two minds about the 'foul' for the goal, but Taylor certainly did protest.

The worst decision was the penalty not given, its not even on the highlights so I can't look back.

Sawyers was the best player on the pitch, by a country mile.

Just watched the goal a few times, the defender doesn't even attempt to go for the ball, seemingly more distracted with trying to stop Pope going for it instead. Pope just had a lot more desire to attack the ball, no foul for me.

Glad we got that win, stops the little run of poor form we've had. This is why we're a mid table side, we go on a good run, then a poor run, repeat through the season. We're certainly not as bad as some would have you believe!
