That was frustrating again!

Another game we deserved more from lost late on..

Played very well I thought but just a lapse in concentration let them back in it...and City had the quality to take the win,

If Yaya goes to ground does he have to appeal every time? He always thinks he's fouled when he loses the ball.

Wonder where he picked up that habit.

Used to quite Watford, until I saw the manager wearing a scarf in THAT way.

Not a good performance by City until when they turned the score in few minutes. But I repeat that Touré is very decisive and effective for reactions like that.

He missed a real sitter by his standards earlier as well..

Very pleased with that result, looking back.

Last two games City's much maligned defence has come up against two of the most in form front lines in the division, and only conceded a slightly fortuitous OG.

Aguero always takes a few games after injury to get up to full speed, and scored a cracker to win it, Toure showed why he's worth keeping around. And it was another game with the first choice attack playing together. (And also, nice to see that the 'flop' Bony was doing what he was brought in to do by giving an option to change things, which played a huge part in the turnaround, on top of the eight goals in 14 games during his recent run of starts)

I don't think it was particularly 'lucky' apart from the goals coming late in the game. Watford is a very tough place to go as shown by their dismantling of a different (snigger) 'title contender' and City had more possession and chances.

It showed a nice return to the battling 'fight to the end' city that were hallmarks of the two title wins.

As opposed to the "proper lucky c***" United who scored a few late goals during their numerous title wins.

TBF You looked more dangerous than Spurs did when we had 10 men and certainly should have scored a couple before you did.

It was a bit like when we played Arsenal (without us leading..) - finally the quality and pressure told.

Hopefully we will pick up points in the next few games as we don't want to get into a rut.
