Genuinely abysmal refereeing performance in E10 so far. Reckon he’s been promised a go on Caroline Radford.

Well, that’s 8 out of 9 goal-less first halves for us.

Dull.

Well.

I'm not able to listen so I only know the score.

Beech might be running out of time, he's built up a lot of goodwill in his time so will get leeway I'm sure for a least a couple more games. You know what they say though, it's a results business

Absolutely awful first half, too many changes to the team for me. Very poor indeed, Oldham have had very little possession but have been a lot more threatening so far. It can only get better. 0 shots by us.

I can’t make today’s game, so of course we’re 2-0 up at halftime.

I have my doubts. He’s Holdsworth’s man, so I don’t think he’ll sack him. It will take the ambitionless directors to intervene, but until we’re rock bottom that won’t happen.

You are lucky not being able to listen. I am watching on ifollow, and somehow we were even worse than last weeks first half. Sounds unimaginable but honestly we are.

He needs to be sacked tonight, not a day later. But it won’t happen, we’ll continue to get worse and worse.

Unless we appoint a manager who comes with a couple of decent strikers I can't see much changing.

We’ve been excellent so far this half. Got 0-1 written all over it.

We don’t really know how shit our strikers are. We know they are useless at dealing with long hoofs into the sky, but if we got a manager who could implement some sort of football tactics, we might see something from the likes of Brad Young and Zack Clough.

Mansfield wasting all the time they can here, 11v12 as the ref continues to ignore endless fouls on Harry Smith and another big penalty shout for the Os.

For the record I can't see us going bottom any time soon. We've only lost three games so far (including today). I don't see us ending up in the relegation battle but after last season expectations are higher and playoffs are the minimum.

Change manager and expectations are reset, change manager and survival becomes our aim.

Not sure I'm ready to make survival our aim yet. I'd be disappointed to finish bottom half this season. But I'd be happy to give Beech another season under the assumption he's a good manager but this hasn't been our season.

Have a feeling tomorrow might be the day we get the absolute hiding some of our recent performances have deserved.

Hate to say I saw this coming. It’s been on the cards for weeks.

Genuinely worse than Trevor Kettle down the Os today, and I do not say those words lightly.

A 0/10 showing from the ref.

The only home game I’ve been to this season is the only one we’ve lost. I expect to be banned imminently

I can certainly see us entering the bottom 2 within the next few weeks if we don’t sack him. The performances are getting worse by the week. Our 2021 record is something like 7 wins in 34 games.

If there was any sign of improvement I’d maybe agree. But there isn’t. We are far cry from the team we were even a month ago.

Didn't think Sutton would be the team to do it.
I just thought last week we deserved a hammering, but Scunthorpe shit their pants.
I thought against a newly promoted team, maybe lacking the quality of some teams but fearless, we’d be the perfect opponents for them to have a field day.

What's the tactic looked like? Still long ball?

Fair play to orient fans, similar to Newport in that they will scream and shout for absolutely anything, even if it’s a obvious foul against them they will protest, Bowery found the funny side at least.

Regarding the sending off, watched the replay, Orient player grabbed Sinclair leg after he fouled him and Sinclair reacted by pushing his other leg towards the Orient player although it didn’t look like any contact. Linesman was right next to it though, and even if he didn’t touch him it was still silly.

Looked like the referee got the dive right by the Orient player in the box late on too. Third red this season down to poor discipline, ie lashing out by Mansfield. Really poor.

Buzzing with a point all considering they started to cut us open in the second half but we somehow managed to keep a clean sheet.

Deserved win that, had to dig in last ten minutes but for 80 minutes we were streets ahead. Only criticism is we made it less comfortable than it should of been.

Loved the Covolan shithousery too. We are learning.

Great result at Scunny for us. Three on the bounce now. Sounds like it was fairly scrappy at times but those are the kind of wins good teams will pull off.

Sets up what should be a great game with Orient next time out.
