Based on a couple of wind-up merchants on a fans forum, you're tarring a clubs whole fanbase?

Of which there are plenty from other clubs as well. Difference is, they are BELTS, so it's alright to do it. If the tinpotters hit back, they are hated for it.

Plus if you went to Halifax, either this year or last year, or in fact ever, you'd agree with what I said. If you don't believe me, ask anyone who went. Look at our forum, lots of our fans were disgusted yesterday. Did you talk to Eddie or Dale last year? They were both shocked by the abuse they suffered.

And very poor from DSL, mods are supposed to be unbiased. At all times. It's like a police officer being off duty suddenly thinking they're allowed to join in punch ups. You lose respect if you don't.

Yes exactly. 20 places above us and only 350 more. We were getting 6 and a half thousand when we fighting it out with Rushden for this league but then, we're a REAL club.

You mean in 97/98? Your average crowd that season was 2541. You only managed over 6000 once and that was 6357 v Cheltenham on the last day of the season. Your smallest crowd that season was an embarrassing 841. Your only other decent crowd was 4700 v Southport on the penultimate weekend. You got less then 4000 at home to title rivals Rushden, towards the end of March ffs!

After going up, in the few seasons you spent back in the league your crowds were, without fail, in the bottom 2 of league 2. Real club maybe, shite support definitely.

Since reforming, the best average you've managed was in 13/14, when you finished 5th in the Conference, which was 1597. Which is less then we're getting this season (1662). So the best you've ever managed as FC Halifax is 65 worse then us!

Last season, when both us and you were fighting for the last play-off place until latish in the season, finishing just 4 places apart, we got more then you 1502-1472.

Basically, you've got nothing to brag about. You've got fewer fans then a village club.

Oh ok, I misunderstood your point then. I thought you were trying to say that you got 6500 crowds in 97-98 (you didn't), that you were well supported before you went bust (you weren't), and that you have more fans then us now (you haven't).

Your point must have actually been that you don't have many fans, less then us in fact, in which case yep very much validated.
