Lee Tomlin at 21 was still plodding along at Rushden and Diamonds.

Grant Ward at 21 has just signed a new 5 year deal at champions league side Tottenham, impressed in a full season in the Championship and has impressed in the MLS aswell as league one.

Not disputing he may have a better career than Tomlin, but given we both had them on loan. Currently, Tomlin is a much better player.

I know he talks enough bollocks about Rotherham and most other clubs in Enlgand and despite others agreeing with me (look at Toms post in the transfer rumour thread to see how shite he is) you're hanging on to the hope he knows the full ins and outs of Bristol City (whch would be fucking worrying).

Take us recently as an example he didn't have a clue who we were after and kept saying Warnock would be back as maanger in his opinion, all the way while it was the worst kept secret Stubbs was going to be our manager.

You've got a full on hard about the prospect of signing half of Barnsley's squad which A) wont happen and B) would worry any other fan of any team in this league.

Warnock changed his mind at the last minute, even saw the article ready for the clubs website.

Went over this the other day in another thread an dposted a link to an article where Warnock confirms this himself.

Welcome back Reds its been a long time since we were in the same league so it will be good the have proper local rivals.

It has been an amazing achievement this season to win two Wembley finals, especially as that little twat jumped ship.
Good luck next season, except against us of course.

Fair play to them. Can visit Oakwell next season, and I'm sure the fixtures will be tasty next season if LJ is still in-charge.

The fact he's disliked by Barnsley fans doesn't surprise me, I've no idea how he had that squad down there and it's a credit to them that he was given a chance to turn it round, would've been very easy to pull the trigger after eight defeats on the spin.

Back to where they belong, it was only a matter of time.
