I actually think Brown is trying to get himself sacked so Bolton don't have pay the release clause

It's February. Behave.

Seeing as none of you ignorant bastards have rolled out the red carpet I'm hijacking this thread.

What we knew was coming for months was finally confirmed last night so here we are again.

First round of the FA Cup and the JPT and you can expect us to be lingering around the bottom half next season unless things change drastically at board level.

Great to be back, looking forward to some good days out.

It's looking increasingly likely that he'll be our number 1 next season I'm afraid.

Looking forward to League One next season. Certainly looking forward to locking horns with Peterborough again, hopefully they'll keep Westley in charge!

There are several grounds about with worse away ends than ours. Accrington being one.
No it's not, you can stand at Accy, immediately making it better than a temporary golf stand. Freezing your balls off in some hole is what supporting a football team is all about, hell it's what it was like nearly everywhere 25-30 years ago. It's why I much prefer to visit the likes of East Thurrock and Horsham these days.

Big rumours that Boltons financial woes have worsened, allegedly not paid the players again and the new owners aren't exactly rolling in cash, losing crazy amounts of cash on a month by month basis, thinks look very bleak, no sign of exiting a transfer embargo. Wouldn't be surprised if they're liquidated before the new season kicks off.

Oh no! What a shame that would be...

Why, because some Bury fans have threatened him or his family, last time a bury fan tried that on me was on the Metro pre cup match, and him and his buddies soon shifted down the tram. Fact is, gloat all you want to about our predicament, you know it and all your fans now it, that when you are in dire straits, you turn up with your buckets begging for cash off us, wanting friendlies etc, we may be in the shit now, but you lot are pretty close to being in a bit of bother as well

Mate the last thing I would want is for your mob to go bang, who else would we "hate"
As for all the thugs, that belonged in the 70's, from BOTH sides.
I "hate" noblot with a passion, but it's "football hate" not real, where would football be without a bitter rival? It would be bloody touch rugby or something.

Fair comment. I have no hate for Bury, i've put my hand in my pocket a number of times over the years to help out, even "bought" a friggin seat at Gigg Lane to help out. We need more local rivalries, not less. The joke at our place is the shower of shite who the football league let takeover, I await the payment or non payment of player by this Friday with interest

So Noblot have two bickering owners, no manager and a transfer embargo.

The Buckets have the Milky Bar Chur oozing bullshit, Flitcroft as manager tinkering with synergy and are losing money faster than British Leyland.

The Biffos.ended.the season well, but the chairman wants out and Sheridan is being linked to every vacant managerial job under the sun.

So it looks like its up to poor little "Fail" (stable board, solvent, decent manager) to try and salvage a bit of pride for Lancashire** next season in this division...:)

(** Before any fishy types start going off on one, you're still too tinpot for this debate...:) )

I dislike Bolton with a passion but would and do not wish them any harm, its a game at the end of the day and having worked in Bolton for a number off years have a few friends who i have banter with especially the day Bolton got relegate by Stoke as I was at work on that day.
Here's hoping they don't get relegated or promoted this season as I want to be playing them on a regular basis that's presuming we don't get relegated.

I'm disappointed you didn't hire him once Wilder realised you were a nothing club and moved on!

Will be good to play you again, regardless. Although, I can't bare losing to you lot. That Sean St Ledger mistake that let Scott McGleish score still haunts me.
