MK fans were very supportive when we were in administration, using the old Millmoor bar when visiting the other South York's clubs.
So, I don't have a problem with them as such, and enjoyed my visit to Stadium MK last season, if not the result.

They and the Bristol City fans will hopefully liven this board up a bit and by god it certainly could do with it.
Welcome aboard.

Anyway, welcome to MK Dons and BBC Three Counties Radio, possibly the most benign, soporific radio station on the planet. After matches, people with names you would only ever find in rural Buckinghamshire, phone in to complain about the "horrible name calling" by the visiting fans, and then have a follow up request for a Take That song "for my Auntie Tabitha who has returned to Stony Stratford from fighting the heathen in Syria".

MK Dons are like a radicalised, nasty version of Bournemouth's ultras. The tartan rug army.

This is particulary unfair. You can't slate a station that has Bernie Keith's Rock 'N' Roll heaven at 6pm after the football and Tony Blackburn' Soul show on a Sunday morning..... :woo:

We all have our opinions on MK Dons but in footballing terms they've been very pleasing on the eye and scored bags of goals, pipping an excellent Preston side on the final day must have been a great feeling and Karl Robinson needed that promotion on his CV. As with all clubs promoted from the 3rd tier they will have to strengthen significantly to compete, so this will be another test for Robinson. Love going to Stadium MK though always get a great allocation and those seats are extremely comfortable.

9000 is with the top tier open though. I can't see that being open every week, just for the bigger teams. 6000 away with just the bottom tier.
They opened it for us when we only had 5,200.

We've only played you once at home haven't we? In pre season?
Have we? I can't even remember us ever playing you at your place tbh :p. When was it? I remember you smashing us in a friendly in Ireland and us beating you in the League Cup when we won it but that's about it.

It was two months before that League Cup game. We were 2-0 up and you came back to win 2-3.

I remeber that game because David Martin controlled a shot with his chest instead of his hands and the bloke smashed it. I was well impressed.

I remember it cos the Zulus turned up mob handed and vandalised The Enigma Tavern. Memories eh?

Best footballing side I saw against us. Cant knock 28 from 30 in the final 10 games. Fair play to them.

Yep, no idea why you brought so many 'lads' as we do not have a firm. There were like 50 of them and 500+ of you lot IIRC.
Is that 500 fans all together? We usually take more than that in pre-season tbf, especially seeing as we was in the Prem at the time.

It was probably nearer 1,000. My memory is not great as I was only just turning 16 at the time so my brain hadn't fully developed. Imagine being that young again! Those were the days...

im buzzing still from the weekend! its great not to have to worry about the play offs and that we are finally in the championship! it doesnt feel real yet, im still planning a January tuesday night away trip to Oldham in my mind :ffs: Its so good to think we will be visiting the likes of Derby, Notts Forrest, Brighton, wolves, wednesday etc compared to grounds like Oldham & Yeovil! (no offence to them)

Cant wait for next season and thanks for the welcome! :10:

Yeovil's a great away day! Although I understand the rest, I can't wait to see the back of the ones like Oldham, Crawley, Rochdale and Colchester now.

That and no JPT next season :woo:

Welcome aboard.

If Swindon come up through the Play-Offs there will be a reversal and this will go from being least active to most active.
