Wow that’s quick. Do you think Adam’s leaving has been on the scene for a while (I.e. the rumours that he okayed Bradford’s retain list), and that as a consequence you have been pretty busy too finding his successor?
I do think it was on the cards as they approached us and Adams in mid season but they appointed joint managers till the end of the season then the dialogue was always open but halted till after the Play-offs

Yeah probably, once he gives his word, he sticks to it. He got offered the job at Hearts after telling us that he's coming to Morecambe, so turned them down. He's obviously given his word to Bradford earlier in the season, I doubt he would have been so reserved at full time in the playoff final otherwise.

Ex Motherwell Manager Stephen Robinson confirmed as Shrimps Manager (As above) on a three year deal, John McMahon Remains as Assistant and Diarmuid O'Carroll as Coach so Different play style from Adams completely
He was one of the final 3 to be interviewed for our vacancy, apparently he came across very well but Wellens was better.

Undoubtedly a better fit than Keith Hill, but too early to say at this stage how well Robinson will do. Hope it works out for him and the Shrimps

There's a sign on the promenade as you approach Morecambe from the North.
It says Welcome to Morecambe. I've often thought, for quirky interest and to make it more memorable, it should say Welcambe to Morecambe.
