We beat them in the Conference playoffs 12 years ago. Says a lot about where they are now compared to the likes of us. Oh well, at least we're in the EFL.

Watched the game again this morning just to check it was actually real

Thought Coventry got it tactically wrong in the first half leaving Gyokeres isolated against our 3 centre halves. Couldn’t get the ball to stick up top and just left us dominating the game. Really should have made more of that dominance and been at least 2 up by half time. Their centre halves looked all at sea defending Adebayo and Morris and the way we recovered from the shock of losing Lockyer shows the mental strength we have. The run by Adebayo for the goal was absolutely outstanding bit of skill and composure. Him at his best

Second half was a lot different, a good change to get Godden on and occupy our centre halves and we took some time to account for that change of shape. Thought we had weathered a bit of the early second half pressure as felt like although Coventry were having by far their best spell, they hadnt really created much of any meaning really and we were just seeming to get to grips with it when the goal came.

Think from that moment onward it looked like it was going to go the distance, lot of huff and puff from 2 clearly knackered teams and a few moments but poor final ball for both our pay to anyone scoring in normal time really. Hamer going off injured was in hindsight massive too

Felt on balance we had the majority of the game and deserved to win for our outstanding first half but as we know doesn’t always work that way. Penalties were outstanding quality until the last.

Tough tough way to lose, felt for Dabo and the Coventry fans who were absolutely outstanding I thought. Was a wonderful occasion with 2 set of fans who had been through the mill and enjoying the moment. Hope to see them do well next season

Not much more to be said, other than this above ^.

I thought Coventry's supporters were a credit to their club. I feel really bad for Dabo... a horrific way to lose the match, but it would've been even worse for Luton having better probably the better team over 120 minutes and finishing third over the regular season. It is even more shocking considering Horvath's inability to save a penalty and our general record with them this season (and with no Elijah on pen duty).

This is our destiny. In our heads the money is ready to be spent on so many fantastic projects, not just for players. Our stadium will get a huge chunk. We will of course spend handsomely on transfer fees and wages, but we can improve the stadium in some areas (not just the Bobbers Stand), our academy and general infrastructure.
