In my own opinion, i think it is United which is why they performed woefully last season and this season too.

Oh god, are Man United going to start using the Arsenal excuses!?
The thing about United is, they always try and walk it in.

Why is this guy rehashing other people's .gifs? I spent 20 seconds scouring the web for that beauty.

Am amazed guys, do you mean this clubs have more damning injury and United. I hope you remembered the time their defence line was lost to injury. how many clubs had this happened too. Losing your main men almost at the same time. LVG had been unlucky to me.

Imagine what Daley Blind who was a defencive mid fielder playing as a central back, do you know why it is like that. Okay what prompted LVG to play the likes of Jackson, Rashford, and others. Although this guys turn out to be amazing on pitch but it was because LVG was short of players due to injury that made him use this players.

Not in terms of quantity, but magnitude, you could throw Man Citeh in there. Kompany, De Bruyne and Aguero weren't just out for the odd match, but lengthy durations, and it has cost them.

City have been unfortunate, but I believe a lot of their injuries to key players have been due to poor squad management by Pellegrini.

Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.

There was certainly an element of that with the latest for Kompany, but the rest?

Aguero, Delph and Silva were all crocked on international duty, for a start.

I think Aguero is another that is overplayed when returning from injury. He should be getting more rest for a guy that has his injury record.

KDB's ligaments injuries could be attributed to playing so often too.

Aguero was coming back from injury and only played a little more than an hour in two games before he was injured again. He'd not exactly been run into the ground.

KDB had started four and come off the bench in two more games in the month before the injury. He was off the bench for the game he was hurt in too, and you can see how his knee overextended as he went down. I dont think being more 'rested' (or less match fit) would have prevented that. He's only 24, too. He shouldn't be falling apart quite yet

Our injuries have been much reported, and were very hard to stomach at the time. Thankfully we have a manager with a midas touch, and we've managed to quickly find ways to cope.

Imagine Man United starting the season without their best midfielder for 3 months, I've no idea who that even is these days, but that's the start. That Arter for us.

Then Imagine Man United making their two most expensive and highest profile signings in their entire history. Imagine both of those two players getting injured for the entire season on their 2nd game for club, That was Gradel and Mings for us.

Then imagine Man United's top scorer from the year before who the team was mostly built around- perhaps suggest Rooney in his prime, then also getting injured and being ruled out for the season. That's Wilson for us.

Then imagine, what is a much more familiar situation to United this year, the captain and best defender, (who is that, Smalling?) then being ruled out for most of the season, meaning months of experimentation with the defence. As I say, United know all about that. That's Elphick for us.

Imagine trying to deal with that whilst playing at a level and standard of football that you've no experience of or confidence in taking on.

It's been a heck of a season! Thankfully, Gradel has at least returned ahead of schedule. Unfortunately that's balanced out by Mings being set back and we've literally no idea if and when he'll return, sadly.

These things do have up-sides.

For United's case, it seems most of the time whenever they throw an unexpected youngster in, they swim rather than sink, and they seem to find a little gem for the future, often looking better than the established senior player in LVG's system.

For our case, we've realised our squad is deeper than we first thought because our backup players have stepped up, and our confidence has grown massively as a result. Hopefully ready to get the squad fully fit for a charge next season.

Mings getting injured was probably a blessing in disguise. Charlie Daniels has been one your best players this season, hasn't he? If Mings had played all season, you've have been relegated by now.
