It's gotta be the Geordie's hasn't it?

Pardew is shit they said, Pardew turns good players into bad ones was another. Hell how they've been proven wrong. They also think they're a massive club despite never having won anything. Demonising the man who turned them from a club hemorrhaging money to a profitable one, #NewcastleLogic.

Liverpool is an obvious contender but I think they just let their excitement get the better of them from time to time. West Ham run the barcodes close, basing their opinion on the myth of the west ham way.

Thank God you posted in this thread. I'd genuinely forgotten Coventry existed, not even joking bro.

Out in the general public or on here? If we're talking about up and down the entire country, then without a shadow of a doubt it's between Liverpool and Man Utd. Everyone knows that. Newcastle isn't a bad shout if we're talking about city natives though. Geordies and Scousers have a tendency to live nearly completely in their Geordie and Scouse worlds and almost look upon anyone form elsewhere with this strange mixture of pity and irrelevance which can kind of transcend into football a little bit too. Obviously, I'm generalising here.

My other half lived in newcastle when we were young and i remember the season they had kinnear and shearer had just come in to replace them. Getting a taxi to central station the driver told that big al would keep them up this season before getting them top 4 the following season. He wasn't bullshitting he honestly believed that they wouldn't go down and that shearer would be some tactical genius....clearly didn't watch match of the day. Certainly the most deluded I've come across.

Living in Manchester i think the most deluded day to day that i come across are united fans and that's being one myself....maybe i'm just a pessimist.

Hmm. Unfortunately for Arsenal fans they have Ty, and he is a complete bellend. So regardless of every other fan, he's pushing them up there.
He's like some sort of super strength cordial, diluting on a 1/100000 scale for pure tossfan flavour. A little unfair though as Arsenal are the social media club.
What about dem racist Chelsea fans doe!

All fans, supporting their own team ~~ can be seen as "deluded" ~~ when their team struggles or goes through a bad patch.

They remain loyal ~ is that deluded ?
They hope/want the best ~ is that deluded ?

I tend to agree with 'Red'

:bravo:

Arsenal fans have been shit recently. Okay, more shit. I think they have a role in our poor home form. Away form since City away has been brilliant; we look insipid and 30,000 fans forget what support means within 5 scoreless minute. It's tough to be a clinical side when no one shows confidence in you.

Plus there are clueless mongers on social media that lose all perspective over the transfer market.

Generally i would say Liverpool & Newcastle are miles ahead......in fairness red scousers are ok its the out of towners that are the bellends, many of my friends hate them and stopped going the match because of them.

just look at RAWK for confirmation

I actually think we have the worst fans in football. Nobody moans more or complains more than us, we get to watch the best football in the league and have one of the most dedicated managers in history and everyone's quiet or complaining at home. People awkwardly fold their arms and barely make any noise. But Arsenal fans are good people, had pints with some hammers outside the emirates, was good natured and friendly banter. Introverted gooners just quietly sipped their pints.

Chelsea definitely have the worst human beings for fans, that, everyone in the world agrees with.

If you only count people who go watch the team, then Liverpool have to be up in terms of general muppetry. If you count hangers on, then Arsenal attract the most muppets.

Eh, I think it's the folks at the Emirates which make us worse off. Every club of Arsenal's stature has bunch of spoilt twats losing their (cyber) minds over tabloid hearsay.

It should be mentioned that our away fans are first-class.

Making goonerz cry
Arsenal fans by a distance.

Any fan base which prides themselves on the owning of a replica shirt deserves nothing but shit.

Bunch of middle class north London kids giving it the big one and then run away when confronted. I'm ashamed to be from the same part of the city as them. Embarrassing divs.

Arsenal, Liverpool & Man United fight it out for this crown imo. But then again, the more fans you have the more idiots you'll have.

Villa's #ratio would be pretty high I'd wager.

Opposing the pedestrianisation of Norwich city centre!!!!
It really surprises me how many people sardonically refer to Liverpool fans as victims given what happened at Hillsborough.
