In July, I'm cycling from London to Northampton (89 miles) in support of Whizz-Kidz which is an amazing charity helping disabled children to have mobility, independence and freedom

This is quite a challenge for me as Im the wrong side of 50 and carrying plenty more than I should! If you can, please donate to support a fantastic cause and motivate my painful training. Every little helps
