For me it is definitely Jelle Vossen, Boro have been after him for a long time, and as a lifelong Boro fan, it seems to be exciting times.

Have you got idea's from yours or another club? Can tot up some votes and find out who things that their suggestion will be the most succesful!

Could be a good signing for them! Vossen for us was hunted down by Olympiakos, but apparently he wanted Boro all along... Villa were another team with an interest but we offered the best options!

Haven't seen Manga play, but the proof is in the pudding with the other places interested

I reckon this chap Delort at Wigan is probably going to turn out to be a great signing.

I'm looking forward to seeing Jordon Ibe play, he's only on loan for the season but all indications are that he's going to be a great addition.

Got to say Forest have got some good deals this summer. Two being Burke and Fryatt on free transfers. Also Tesche looks like another solid midfielder who was also free after Hamburg released him.

Did he play much for Birmingham last season?

Only seen Tesche on Saturday but seems like a good player :)

Assombalonga is a good signing but the fee for him was absolutely ridicolous and on that basis I don't think it's best value for money.

I don't know to be honest. I've not seen much of him but people are raving about him. He's supposed to be a star for the future. It's also been reported that Brendan Rogers was very keen for him to come to Derby to work with McClaren and his coaching team.

He played 11 games (from February) which isn't that bad, doubt he's gonna play much for you though

I heard something about that if he doesn't play in at least half the games then you have to pay Liverpool £500k, would be stupid if that's true.

He could well figure in a few games depending on Russell/Ward's form. Although we also have Calero and Santos. Knowing our Board, I would seriously doubt they'd agree to pay Liverpool £500k or agree to a loan whereby a player has to play. I doubt McClaren would either.

McClaren is a great manager mate. Whatever he decides is normally a great shout. He learnt from Fergie, and his first managers job was with us... Europa league finalists in his third season! You guys will need a bit more work, but if he can get you out of the Championship, it's all up from there!

You may call him a great manager, but look how he did with us.

When Brendan Rogers. Is ringing him to take Jordon Ibe on loan and Mourinho can't praise him enough, I think McClaren has something. It's exciting times ahead for Derby County.

It's all about a philosophy... Look at us under Mowbray, he turned WBA around and made it so that they can actually fight to stay in the EPL, but couldn't do a job for Middlesbrough, yet Karanka has turned the squad around, convinced the chairman he knows what he is doing, I think the same process applies to McClaren, both with Forest and Derby... Just different ends of the spectrum.

Cardiff just signed Bruno Ecuele-Manga from FC Lorient, who was wanted by Arsenal and Southampton earlier in the window!

It's always great when a player joins a Championship club and fans say how they've joined in favour of joining a Premier League team. Like that Albentosa (sp?) in January. Turns out all three of them aren't actually that good, surprisingly.

Brentford, Newcastle, Chicago Bears
Pritch on loan has been great. £600k for Gray from non-league who then scores 17 league goals is a pretty good signing as well!
