Quite simply you can't play his type of ' pressing football' in the Premiership

Too many games in England means not enough time for muscles to relax in between games. With the need
to train too, players will simply have muscle fatigue too quickly and that causes injury as we are seeing.

Added to that no winter break Klopp who seems a decent chap btw will ultimately fail.

Unless of course he buys 24 top class players who he can rotate and who are happy to rotate.

The futures bleak for this once big club under Klopp and it may not be his fault.

Of course it isn't his fault johnny mate. A manager can only work with the players at his disposal.

Still, he should be able to make the top 6 this year. Next year is a different thing altogether, and he would be expected to mount a challenge for the top 4, and the new players he will undoubtedly brings in to deliver.

If he sticks to his principals he will fail i repeat will fail...................simply because there is not enough recovery time for full throttle football in England.

You not banned yet?

This isn't a totalitarian regime where any poster displaying an anti-Liverpool sentiment is erased from existence mate.

Johnny is a vital cog in this machine.

Sounds like we've got ourselves some crossed wires. Perhaps a power struggle and perhaps even a coup!

Leicester play a pressing game. With our squad it died down over the Christmas period and became a counter attacking style for a handful of games, but now that's out of the way we're back to pressing as we did against Stoke. If Klopp wants to play that way then he can, and he shold have the means to bring in enough cover for injuries, something Leicester haven't really suffered from fortunately.
Saying that, the whole side needs to press and be able to play a bit which is why he'll have a lot of players to shift out. Benteke is a good striker, but he's not one to be runnign his arse off for 90 minutes, a lot of Liverpool players aren't. Henderson should be fine in that type of system, the likes of Allen, Lucas, Can aren't mobile enough I don't think. So that's their entire midfield really. Sturridge could be immense in it but he's a write off, but Ings could also thrive on a pressing system.

You can have the best players in the world but if they don't get enough rest between games hamstrings will pop quicker than Salty's load when he watches Andy Murray ask for "new balls please" .

Always good to see Liverpool lose,no doubt about that.
Would be good to see them hit some financial trouble which means they're unable to bring in top quality players, etc.
I like Klopp though.Entertaining guy.

in fairness some of the football is better, clueless Klopp is taking Liverpool backwards as i predicted.
We'll see how your awful predictions stand up to analysis in the coming seasons. Didn't you also think Mythinez would have you winning the title by now as well? Falling for Kenwrights boasting there eh? Thought he was also meant to be on his death bed according to you?
