Doubt it'd make any difference to any side currently. It would only affect future transfers as players from outside the EU currently playing here are already proving the point that they're worthy of meeting the criteria. The current rules would also be changed to allow leeway for players from outside the EU.

Clubs will just look to buy British youngsters to cover themselves but as JJ says the players currently here will stay.

one effect would it have it for sure, british clubs couldnt sign players via Bosman rule anymore and have always to pay a fee to obtain the service of the players.

No it won't, simply because Brexit is not going to happen
LOL If the governemt lets the Steel Industry dissolve without no help it could swing thousands of votes.

Problem with that is it wouldn't solve the issue with the steel industry, it would further hinder it. If we go to a free market by leaving the EU it will result in international companies lowering their investment in our market for quite a few years due to uncertainty. Will have big effects on contractors, labourers etc. too.

Anyways, can't really see it having too much of an issue because of how big the brand of the Premier League is, there's not going to be any less of an investment because the fan base will still remain.
