After the way Tubbs conducted himself just before he departed, then I'm sure he will be in line for a bit of abuse from sections of the home support.
Which means that he will definitely score, it's usually the way.

Portsmouths biggest mistake was going above us in midweek. We usually reserve our better performances for teams above us in the table.
Home win by the odd goal, Tubbs to score and a feisty entertaining game.

2-1 Wombles.

Did well to close down the Pompey midfield and stop any supply to Tubbs, therefore rendering him as just making up the numbers
Pleased with the return and performance of Jake Goodman at centre half, it's like he's not be away. Very experienced head in young shoulders. Formed a perfect partnership alongside Oshilaja, very solid at the back.

It sounds like we were absolutely dreadful today and Chorley's own goal sums up his entire career for us.

Season over. Awford has failed and if we fail to improve on our mediocre finish of 13th last season, the board will dismiss him. Not good enough.

Not mine, but from a friend on Facebook.

MISSING
MATTHEW STEPHEN TUBBS

Matthew hasn't been seen since hearing a whistle blow in Kingston at around 3pm yesterday. Matthew is 30 years old and was wearing yellow clothing. Have you seen him?
We are anxious to talk to 2 men who were seen with him at that time.....Jake Goodman and Deji Oshilaja, one of whom may still have Matthew in their pocket.
