Blackburn got back into the winning groove at Ewood Park last Saturday against a Bournemouth side who didn't really start competing till the second half, but 3-2 doesn't really have seem as comfortable as the game was. Once again Blackburn gave away another penalty, although it did seem to be a dive.
Blackburn have enjoyed their last three visits to Wolverhampton, winning two, and drawing the last time the two teams met. But Wolves will no doubt offer Blackburn a tough game, and I personally believe there has to be goals in this game.
Wolves who have already managed to beat all three teams who was relegated last season, including a dramatic 1-0 home win against Cardiff, with Mark Hudson putting into his own net in the dying minutes.
Gary Bowyer has already come out and said he is expecting a difficult match, and spoke of the high standards that Kenny Jacket has put in place at the Molineux.
Paul Robinson is set to make his 200th appearance for Blackburn this Saturday, with Matt Kilgallon in contention to come play after suffering an minor injury, and also after the owners of Blackburn had rejected two bids from Hull for star striker Jordan Rhodes, and stating ' he is not for sale ' , Blackburn fans will feel a lot more relaxed now and can focus on how many goals the Star man can bag this term, after getting his first in the win against Bournemouth last time out.
Wolves who will be celebrating the 125th anniversary of their magnificent stadium this season, and will be hoping that a win will top the celebrations off.
Wolves today parted company with Jamie Ohara after three and a half years at the club as they look to get rid of the big earners, but have recently brought in highly rating Chelsea Youngster George Saville for an undisclosed fee, Saville spent the whole of last season on loan at Brentford.
Both sets of fans will be expecting a tough fixture as these two teams always offer a great game. I predict a 2-2 draw between the two outfits.
