I feel for Bristol City, a win means nothing to us and in the manner it was snatched away is harsh... believe me we've had it done plenty of times done to ourselves.

The worst part about tonight is that little c*** SERNWA will be back tomorrow morning giving it the big un'

Also, good prediction TomPNE94

So he should to be honest. Couple of games ago he was taking a load of stick from people laughing and taking the piss. Coming back to bite them on the ass..

Right, now I've calmed down a bit....that was a shite game between two shite sides to be brutally honest.

Nothing first half. Their 1st goal was such a soft one to give away from our point of view right after HT, just let their guy walk into the 6 yard box. Matthews, I know it's his first game and he hasn't played in a while but he was absolutely all over the place. Nowhere to be seen for the goal and numerous other occasions, sloppy passes giving the ball away in our defensive third, dodgy touches, nearly scored an own goal. Johnson had to take him off in the end as he was a complete liability. Hopefully it's just a lack of match sharpness and he'll improve but sorry to say he can't get any worse.

Then for 10 or 15 minutes Wolves pressed right up the pitch and were overrunning us before inexplicably deciding to sit right back. We still didn't look like scoring but it allowed us at least to get a foothold in the game along with Agard and Wilbs coming on and then out of nowhere Bryan (proba ly our best player, after a poor first half at least offered some drive from midfield after the break) put in a beauty of a ball and Flint slid in at the back post. After that thought we could push on for the win but there were no real chances for either side until the sucker punch with the last kick. Generally thought a draw would've been a fair result but wasn't to be. Really could do with a result at Fulham now.

Final note: Kodjia really isn't suited to a lone-striker role. Was isolated and bullied by their CBs all game. In this system I think he'd be best off as a wide forward out on the left cutting in onto his right foot, but I'd like to see him up there with Wilbs. That was the combination when he went on his best run at the start of the season. Or get another attacker in!

Sorry for the long post, got an hour to kill at the station.
Tl;dr - Shite game, Matthews dire, Kodjia not a lone striker, I'm cold

When is Freeman gonna be dropped for being fucking useless?

Or is he seriously gonna go all season without a proper goal or assist?

No I didnt, must of missed the chances he created on the highlights....

I really really hope he is replaced in the summer, our goalscoring will immediately improve.

Freeman was poor but the problem is we haven't really got anyone to replace him. Reid's not made the mark and Waggy, I love the bloke great attitude but he offers nothing at this level. Didn't get in the game at all last night. Got to recall Burns as soon as we can, it was a mistake letting him go out on loan in the first place

Freeman has had enough chances. Apart from set pieces he has been abysmal, absolutely abysmal.

I think he's been fairly good since being put on the right. He should be on strict instructions to not shoot under any circumstances though. Don't think there's a worse "attacking" player in the league in front of goal.

I see why he was loaned, he can be a liability to us.

Maybe so at times defensively, but when we've got as few options as we have...

With Tomlin and Freeman struggling a game like that was crying out for someone like Burns to come on off the bench
