0-0, Kenny loves a hard earned point. Maybe a red card thrown in there too.

This biggest surprise is that there wont be any attacks on away fans outside of the stadium. Most people who come to Molineux these days come in fear of being beaten up by 20,000 angry home fans.

Can't go to this unfortunately, loved it a few seasons back. Think Afibe will get a hat-trick and 0 points for us!

Every time MK Dons travel this season, they will be arriving at a ground full of complacent, smiling home fans who are convinced they are going to walk the match. Currently, 83% of supporters who have voted at the Wolves website believe Wolves will win. But I'm not sure of that upset.

Wolves are struggling. We are the team that has given Bolton their win. A few places higher, we gave Bristol City one of their three wins. We've failed to score against either of those two Championship heavyweights, nor against Preston.

We beat Huddersfield and Charlton, but both teams are in turbulent times. MK Dons are arguably having one of their best ever seasons and have noting to lose: no-one expects them to do better so every game is a bonus.

I predict 2-1 to MK Dons and to add insult to injury time, our goal will be an own goal.

I increasingly believe that Jackett is not playing with a team that he wants and feel that he is fed up and wants away from the shabby dealings of WV1. We have now tried eight players in Sako's vacant shoes on the left; not one has been much of a success. We rotate three or four tired, jaded, bearded midfielders through the McDonald waltz.

It seems right now that the club needs to make a decision as to who will replace Afobe up-front in January as he will be gone in a flash. I can't blame him: the lad deserves a lot better than the muddled, pedestrian shambles served up for the Wolves faithful every week.

I think I predicted some time ago that we would finish in 10th to 14th position, but that grand height seems a bit optimistic now. I don't think we will be relegated, not with Bolton, Huddersfield and Rotherham in the division, but I can see us in the 18th to 20th positions come May.

I fear there will be angry scenes at Molineux this weekend, and worse to come in the lead up to Christmas. It could well be the lowest Saturday league gate for us in 20 years.

Blimey! Wasn't expecting that. I would have thought most Wolves fans would see this as the perfect opportunity to get back on track?

I'm sure Wolves will win this comfortably. Goal in each half and possibly a sneaky late one.

Benik is nailed on to score and get a great reception for us. I Expect "Oh, Benik Afobe" to be about all you hear from us all afternoon. I'll be perverse by singing "Oh Seyi Ojo" or trying to remember what we sang for him as a fourteen year old running rings round Arsenal!

Any tips for pubs now The Wlakabout has gone?

Try the Great Western on Cornhill, very close to the station. Real ales, friendly and often see away support there. It's not the kind of pub the younger dickheads go to...it's an older crowd. If you are driving, you can park in the car park at the top of the Cornhill, cheaper than the station car park and just behind it.

All the decent pubs in Wolverhampton seem to be in the process of closing down.

Don't think many Wolves fans will be confident for this game. At least you don't have Patrick Bamford anymore, he loves scoring against us.

He might be back in January ;)

Can't see it myself as much bigger clubs can make a much bigger contribution to his wages.

Just getting ready to leave. Stinking cold, weather supposed to turn rubbish later, only one half decent pub, crap view, little chance of getting a result.

It's days like this you live for, eh? :)

You forgot getting beat up after the game... It happens to every single away fan that comes to our stadium :tw:

:bg: There are a lot of decent pubs, mate. But if you go in with MK Dons scarves, the atmosphere will quickly turn laughable and giggly and you'll just get pestered by hard men wanting selfies with you.

However, it's kind of pots and kettles, when we had to walk all over Bletchley to find even a pub at yours as the away pub (recommended by your club) on Victoria Road had closed down the previous year. Fortunately we heard football chants in the distance and had a hunch it was us, not the home crowd, and so found a pub on Watling Street.

And crap view? You get an uninterrupted view of the entire pitch and the stadium. It's low down, but then so are a lot of seats at a lot of stadiums, including yours.
If it's the poor atmosphere in the away section, you're referring to, then all I can say is that in the past, 2,000 Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Birmingham City, Coventry, Preston, even Rotherham fans managed to be heard and the banter was good. Let's see how your 2,000 fans manage this afternoon, eh? :fart: :gr:

You keep saying that, but not one single person has ever said, or even implied that that is the case.

If it wasn't clear already I meant the media, not people from this forum.

Anyway I got the score right, what a piece of shit game that turned out to be...

Good point for MK Dons. Sounds like they weathered great pressure the entire game and then almost stole the game a few times towards the end.
Both teams have the same ambitions this season - avoiding relegation - and so both clubs should be happy with a point apiece. I say "club" not "fans" because Wolves fans certainly aren't happy with this sorry state of affairs.
