Being optimistic I think we could snatch a draw against these. Being realistic I think Watford's foreign talent from the other 2 aforementioned teams will be too much for us ...Expect a similar game to Bournemouth.

Wolves 1-2 Watford
Afobe for us, Ighalo/Tozer for them
Attendance 21,375

2-0 to Watford. This game is so important to us but I think we just aren't strong enough now to cope with the top teams in the division. Unusually, I'll be happy with a draw at home this weekend. Even though we beat them back in December, I just can't see it happening now. I'd love to be proved wrong.

Don't know which result I'd rather. Watford win gives us a better chance of keeping a play off place, Wolves win helps us get closer to a possible automatic spot. Head says we'd never make it to the top 2 but we do have one of the easier run ins...

Finished 2-2

Shit ref again, some cheating foreign player for Watford rolling around on the floor because he was pushed on his shoulder. Sadly this is the state of the game nowadays.

No doubt the red will be overturned after appeal though. The grown man who was rolling around in the floor for Watford should be ashamed, embarrassing.

Definitely embarrassing, thought the ref had a decent game up until the 90th minute, but then incorrectly sent off two players in the last 4 minutes of the game.

A draw probably a fair result, could have won it, could have lost it, kept us in the 4 way tie at the top of the league and the wag we drew 2-2 has to be far better morale wise to the way Derby did.

I'm sorry but it gets worse every time I see it. The FA should throw the book at people like that. There is no other way to describe it apart from cheating, there wasn't even any contact was there?

As for the game it was very entertaining. Think both teams had chances to win it, and in the end was happy to take a draw. Whoever gets Watford in the playoffs is gunna have a hell of a challenge trying to keep their attacking players at bay, unless they go up automatically. Good luck for the run in.

That is just embarrassing. Blatant cheating that Watford should fine him for.

The sad thing I cannot say its out of character or whatever from 1FF.

Sadly has a bit of a reputation and it will hardly help our cause generally.

Certainly not the way to impress on a rare chance to shine (and he was rubbish the other night after coming on)

Anyway overall a good open game without being that great - defensive wise we do have issues against pace and width.

Also, as some of you may have already seen, there was an attack on a Watford fan last night making his way to the train station, and is in a critical condition as a result of the head injuries he sustained.

From the news reports he was travelling with a few friends, and attacked by a group of so called 'Wolves fans' for no particular reason except for supporting the away side. It's disgusting that events like this still happen in day to day life. This guy has a wife and 2 kids, how do you explain to a 4 year old child that his dad is fighting for his life because he went to support his team at a football match? I hope they find the lowlife cowardly scum who did this and throw away the key. Sadly it also gives a bad name to the decent Wolves fans, but the minority always seem to give the majority a bad name.

Hope the guy makes a full and speedy recovery, and I'm everyone's thoughts from both clubs are with him.
