Sadly our first choice keeper is out with a fractured ankle. I was hoping for a win but feel this will most likely be a 1 - 1 draw.

The BBC site suggesting that both sides struggling with their keepers, so I suggest we both play Rush Goalie and the score will be 25-23 as it always was in my youth playing on the local parks.

We are a bit hit and miss (usually a miss when Bayo has a penalty) but I feel it's time for a strong display and a 3-1 win will do nicely.

Southend were the better team in the evening, getting in to several dangerous positions, without ever really testing our keeper, other than the one effort that hit the bar.

We struggled to deal with the pitch and the lack of time that Southend gave us on the ball, although we did fashion a few decent chances, again without particularly testing the keeper.

Can see why Southend are up there, big, strong and effective. And a serious long throw weapon.

You thought we were the better team first half? really? That amazes me as apart from a 15 min spell we were on the back foot all game.
