England wanted to host games in Milton fucking Keynes, I wouldn't have voted for them either.

The US hosted the best ever World Cup (off the pitch at least), this will be even better - it's bigger and the country is much more used to the game.

Hopefully there's games in Montreal and Boston as well as New Jersey, all are a relatively short trip for me :woo:

If we get another Diana Ross cameo I suppose I may GRUDGINGLY ACCEPT another US WC

What's wrong with that? A central location, close enough to London with decent transport links up and down the country and the only stadium for miles around that's capable of hosting games of that size. It's arguably more accessible to the world than Plymouth would have been.

Scotland only want to tag on so that they actually get to play in a major tournament.

Well if they cannot be one of the 48 teams to qualify in 2026 they might as well give up!
