It was 2-2! We've drawn 2-2 on the opening day 3 years in a row now! We played alright at Leicester though, just our defence decided to stop trying to do their jobs for the first month of the season!

Shit first half, change in tactics and formation helped second half. Hopefully Galloway doesn't start at left back anymore, he doesn't know what he's doing going forward. Also hope we don't see Barry and McCarthy both sitting infront of the defence, does neither of them any good. Lukaku was awful first half, better second with people closer to him. I just hope that there's some truth in the Charlie Austin rumours, would like to see them up front together.

I think thats why Kone changed things so much. Because we actually had a player linking the midfield with Lukaku. Id still shudder at seeing us go into a game with Kone up on his own, but until we get a few players back and sort our tactics out, putting the two of them up there together seems to be the way forward

Didnt see the match today, was in work, but it sounds like we played with 1 holding midfielder. Well done Martinez for finally recognising this makes us play better. Hopefully now he won't revert back to two holding midfielders against City and sticks with Barkley & McCarthy ahead of Barry
