The game in hand for Notts (one of 2 games in hand for Wycombe).
So we normally follow up a home win with a 3-1 defeat away so I expect this here.
Never normally do well down there but surely our away form has to change at some point, nah thought not.

We have got some miles coming up with Wycombe then Carlisle @ Preston then Hartlepool.
3 defeats or a change in fortune to push us up towards the playoffs?

I think the thread title here should be Shite at Home v Shite Away.

Add to that the fact that even though we're already shite at home, we're even worse on Tuesday nights.

Which is ace, because that's when I'm likeliest to go to home games.

Could be on for a delicious bore draw here. Yum.

Nah, we're usually not very boring. Our main trick away from home is to dominate the first half and go in 1-0 up then somehow lose 3 or 4-1.

This has to be a draw. It is far better for the rest of us if 4pts are dropped between them than 1 team drop 3.
I wouldn't wish injury on anybody - but it would be nice if wycombe were pushed for choice on Saturday.
Perhaps you could contrive to have 2 or 3 wycombe players sent off so we could reap the benefit of the suspensions.

Thank you.

I just hope that useless top-heavy prick Garry Thompson doesn't score. He probably will though and it'll likely be a fucking 1-on-1 too because that sort of stuff always happens. Fuck football.

Well our players will have no reason to feel tired as our game at Accy was postponed last Saturday. Only Bean and Jacobson out with injury so no reason why we can't sneak a win. This is the 1st of 5 home games in 25 days where we're poor so we need at least 3 wins from them games to keep up with the play offs.

Sounds like we've played well tonight, with plenty of positives, Milsom, Stead, and Campbell. Sadly old faults have bolloxed it up, Noble and his quest for a record number of red cards, if he hasn't got it already, and Carroll and his at least one big cock up per game.

It shows the shitness of this league that I still fancy us to get in the play offs, despite us being a bit of a comedy team.

Take that. Pretty sure we win it with eleven, though.

Shite game, although at least there were a few incidents.

Didn't see the off the ball handbags. The ref was fairly shite for both sides. Another County player could have gone for an elbow to the face, but if I try to be objective about it then there was a ropey push on an NCFC player (the dreadlock winger dude) in the area which flattened him.

We were poor, the play was scrappy and both sides looked excellently mediocre although yes, I'd probably have said NCFC would have looked the more likely to bag the win with 10 men. My hoped for 95th minute Garry Thompson goalmouth scrambler winner was not to be, alas. We wouldn't have deserved it.

I thought it was quite an entertaining game at least, although I am used to us losing every away game 3-1 so rose tinted specs maybe.

I thought Wycombe lacked any kind of subtlety or imagination. Was just a case of get it into the box as often as possible and see what falls out. All of the actual neat moves in the game from us, but they were still too infrequent.

On the plus side for us Adam Campbell is great.

Ah yeah, the diddy fucker, he was skinning us all the time.

Yup, little but hoofball, thumping it down the channels and playing for set pieces from us tonight.

I actually thought you beat us at our own game in the first half, challenging for every ball, pressing and playing a high line, and we had no response. Oh well.
