Just look at our squad mate. Bookies don't seem to have noticed. 16 players, 3 of which couldn't even make the bench last season, and another 2 which are injured. I've put a couple of quid on it as well as a bit on relegation at 8/1. Obviously hope it doesn't happen but might as well benefit in someway if it does.

A relatively good looking one and an outsider with some thought. Some good prices around this weekend in general as it's the first weekend. The more I look at that bottom one, the more I can't help but think there's some serious over-pricing going on. Barnsley at 12/5 being the stand out,

Barnsley and Cambridge look decent, particularly the latter.

Conference wise, Grimsby stick out like a sore thumb at Kiddy (now just below evens, were around 2/1). FGR at evens at Alty is tempting as are Eastleigh at Southport.

Having a look at tonight's Europa League games, Vojvodina are 14/5 to beat Sampdoria at home. Vojvodina won 4-0 away in the first leg

Last week Cambridge were 11/10, I couldn't believe it so I whacked 20 english pounds on it.

Then I got bored. So I cashed out to put a few racing bets on and a football bet.

They lost.

And now they're 17/20! Still got £20 on it though, singles will be my main bets and I'll go low stakes on accas, I'm thinking

Had Palace, Wolves, Cambridge and Hartlepool today. Had a fiver on to return 199 quid. Had twitchy arse in the last few minutes when Norwich kept attacking so cashed out for 155 quid. Of course Palace scored another a minute later and all of them won. Still, a decent start to the season.

Might be worth having a look at Arminia Bielefeld at home to Hertha Berlin in the German cup tonight. The Hertha Berlin team coach was shot at on the trip to the ground yesterday. Arminia are 2/1 to win, maybe worth a look as the Berlin players may not be fully with it, they may not play the entire full team either with it being the first round of the cup. Just a punt.

Newport are really struggling for players tonight, so Wolves -2 might be worth something (21/20).

In the Conference, perhaps Dover at evens at home to Kiddy and >2.5 in the Eastleigh/Boreham game. I think >2.5 in Eastleigh games this season will earn you a bit of £.
