There aren't any stand-out candidates for us this season, I think my pick would be Freddie Sears. The official award was the other day, won by Bartosz Bialkowski. It probably says a lot that my pick is a striker who hasn't scored since December and the actual winner has played less than half of our games.

Wouldn't say Burke because he's only played 16 games. DDV and Mills are the best of a bad bunch. Both show heart.

I like him and he's done okay but it says more about the rest of the team tbh. Until a few weeks ago he'd only scored once. Does link up well with Wood though so his absence for 3 months or so wouldn't have helped.

Now he's got a few more goals under his belt, hopefully he can kick on next season into a real match winner.

Second season in a row our goalkeeper has won Player of the Season. Shows how poor we've been.

It's not like Al-Habsi has been that good either. As a team we've faced the least amount of shots in the league, it's just because we can't score it has been even more necessary to limit goals conceded.

I got a bee in my bonnet about that. Love Flint and he deserved it last year but I dunno what 'the vast majority' of fans who voted for him this year are smoking.
