Amazed people still go to the Xmas Market, most of the stalls sell utter rubbish.
My weekend to work so I'll be out the way there.
I'm sure we played Carlisle in the cup during the Market in 2018, around 6,000 went.

I enjoy it, especially when you have vistors staying so can act like tourists! Just googled the Carlisle game, looks like it was the week before.

The stalls aren’t that great and lots of things are over priced. However the atmosphere and the setting around the castle and cathedral is quite magical in the run up to Christmas.

Do they still shift games for 'extended coverage' on BBC to Sunday?

Would hate to buy train tickets and get bent over a barrel.
Yes! That's exactly what's happened to us, 12.30 kickoff away at fucking Colchester!!

I'll be shocked if we take anymore than 200 fans there.

I thought Bolton had some world class players, or were the team that everyone should fear on their march into the Championship and beyond? I am sure someone on here said so anyway?
Now don’t be silly, I mean which Bolton fan on here could possibly be deluded arrogant and obnoxious enough to say something like that……………?

Stockport now on Friday night, apparently on police advice.

Only South Yorkshire team playing on the Saturday are Barnsley and Donny.
Sheff Utd are at Cardiff and Wednesday don't have a game. (unless they can arrange one)

Maybe they are reacting to the Donny v Mansfield game and the fact that Huddersfield are at Barnsley.

All seems a bit unfair on Stockport fans having to travel over Woodhead in the dark on a Friday night.

When have SYP ever given a shite about the fans of the local football teams, they must be the worst in the country

Home to Harrogate on Saturday. We knocked them out in Round One a couple of years back so they will be after revenge.

We should have a strong team out after not playing in midweek. We're unbeaten in 9 now so want to keep the run going.

They were hoping for Notts County v Sheffield Wednesday. The pick was made before the replays were played.

Yeah I get that they have to hedge their bets a bit with these things. That would have been a decent game with a decent crowd. Unfortunately they've probably got the least exciting game out of all the connotations.

Anything with us at home would have been predictably dull.

The replays were still two and a half weeks before the second round.

Well, most of them were....

Home to Hartlepool for us.

No Walsh, Bridcutt, Hopper or Scully. Draper out with concussion. WBA haven't allowed Griffiths to play so it'll be 17-year old Sam Long in goal.

We'll probably bring back Robson, Jackson and Bishop for the game after they were only subs in midweek.

Roll up roll up, fill your boots Hartlepool, you won’t get a better chance at causing an upset tomorrow. Not that it would be an upset the way we seem to be playing and lack of confidence at the moment.

Gateshead v charlton is an intriguing fixture. A few weeks ago this looked a shoe in for a home win but things have changed now.
That said, Gateshead are bang in form and im sure Newcastle fans will turn up to bolster the crowd.

Pretty much our first choice 11, wasn’t expecting that. No excuses tonight.

Stockport will feel agrieved not getting a draw, they look a decent side but fall over too easily for my liking.
Quigley spends more time on his arse than his feet.

The Stockport fans were brilliant and made as much noise as any that have been to NYS, but it wasn't totally sold out which surprised me.

Only just over 4000 home fans shows that the FA cup is no longer special to more than half of our usual gate, which is quite sad really.
Playing on a Friday won't have helped, thanks SYP.

Anyway we found a way to win and move onto 18 games unbeaten, good luck to Stockport in getting back into the EFL.

Spurs away would be nice.

Personally I love the fa cup, it still holds that excitement for me but I do understand that’s a minority no way when you look at everyone’s gates including our own.

Exeter at home is difficult but certainly winnable and I’d be disappointed if we’re not in 3rd round draw.

I'm quite confident. We have a good spirit and won at Gillingham at the same stage last season. We may have a couple of players out or rested and it may depend on whether we start with the likes of Jay and Nombe, or whether we bring them on like we did against Bradford

I'll go 2-1 as well....

It’ll be very close, we always struggle against Exeter (same with Wrexham) and it could go either way or result in a replay. We’re a bit light/not great in central defence and rarely keep a clean sheet but we do seem to score plenty. I have a feeling we may go two up top today which is unusual for us this season - sense we’ll just try to outscore Exeter rather than anything more clever tactically.
