Terrible. Time to get Crosby gone. Typical Vale outplay and beat a side 11 unbeaten then roll over today.

We do have the all important 60% possession though. Wycombe can pretty much get the deckchairs out it’s that easy for them. Last Saturday is definitely the exception to the norm.

Such a game of 2 halves at the toughshit stadium.
Bolton could've been 5 up at HT easily, second half it's been one way traffic, we fully deserve a point but with time running out I fear we'll come up short.

Hate to say it but the home crowd has been unbelievably quiet, must be over 20,000 there and I think I heard someone sneeze from the other side of the ground.

Even at 3 up they were basically silent.

I don’t know how but that is a completely undeserved point for us. Shocking performance and we’ve somehow robbed a draw. Dick Turpin at least wore a mask.

It will say 7 points from 9 for Crosby but he is not the man for the job. It’s increasingly clear. Won’t be that lucky again.

Bolton can count themselves very, very lucky there.

Two mediocre sides cancelling each other out then, we tried parking the bus after we scored and letting PVFC have all the possession, but we're just not good enough defensively to get away with that kind of shit.

Like us, Vale appear to be considerably less than the sum of their parts, some players with obvious skill and some nice neat passing moves but they're not good enough to sustain them most of the time, then the attack breaks down in the final third.

Harsh to cheer your own player (Loft) getting subbed though...

Well Carlisle were...not very good. Should have been more comfortable in the end but a win is a win and now only 3 points off safety. I'm convinced there are 4 worse teams than us in this league

We were dreadful today. Fortunately Wycombe weren't much better and kept us in a game we should long since have been out of.

It just shows that a couple of injuries can make us into a really poor team. Very lucky to get away with that one.

It's a funny old game.....we've played teams off the park and lost this season and then played pretty shite in 2 out of the last 3 and got 7 points.

Loft has been awful. Put it into context in three months Loft and Uche haven’t scored a single league goal… Wilson comes on, shot on target in 60 seconds, scores in 10 minutes, the first league goal by a striker for us since Wilson scored against Carlisle in August!

Not going to moan about robbing a point as we’ve been on the other end a few times and had some key players out but Crosby can’t keep with this dull set up. It’s boring and with Arblaster out we won’t sustain the movement and play as easily.

Ojo out for a few weeks is a monster blow as well. Only positive Wilson and a youth player setting him up which is more than our bigger earners have done in weeks.

This division is shite. Like you, I'm convinced there are four teams worse than us. If only we hadn't given everyone an 11 game headstart.

Well Blackpool are by far the best team we’ve played this season IMO. I thought we looked good as well tbh, but we gifted them 2 goals which you absolutely cannot do when they have quality like Rhodes & Dembele.

Season probably over seeing that, but looking forward to what Taylor can do. Things are looking really positive overall

We weren't cheering him getting subbed. We were sarcastically cheering the fact the clueless c*** stood in the dugout had finally decided to make a change when it was clear to anyone with fucking eyes that we were offering absolutely nothing for ages.

Garbage again. Stole a point. Papers over the cracks massively. Crosby out!

Got a right conundrum now, expected Wilson to not be renewed in January with his injury etc but he’s shown in 15 minutes what we’d be missing and I have no faith we’d replace him adequately if we let him go. We have to keep him until May as five months of Loft and Uche is tough to get through.

Neither of them have the intelligence to be in that position Wilson is there to be on the rebound and slam home. Uche is probably out wide, Loft is probable day dreaming.

It’s a tricky one, I’d have snapped your hand off for 7 points in 9 but two of them performances have been the worst of the season sandwiching arguably the best!

Not getting up for a major QF though was alarming and as Dan says throwing on a defensive midfielder in an effort to change it when we created nothing today rather than throw Wilson in earlier was bonkers.

He’s a nice guy but with the quality we have any reasonably decent manager would get a far better tune from this squad of players, he just doesn’t have the tactical nous to change things if needed and get a response.

A very, odd game at Bolton. Wellens team selection was wrong for us, not sure if he was resting Pratley and El Mizouni for the more winnable fixtures ahead, but in the first ten minutes our midfield got completely destroyed by Josh Sheehan and Bolton were running riot, they could've and probably should've had more than three at half time.

Second half, two subs Pratley and El Mizouni on combined with some Bolton complacency and we nearly sneaked a draw, Will Forrester with a superb block at the end to deny Forde an equaliser. Again we showed spirit to come back, but our young team is having to learn on the job. A few of our players were rabbits in headlights to begin with.

Bolton have all the tools to go up, showed two sides of the game today and had to scrap at the very end to get over the line, which is what can get you promotion.

92 done and dusted, I can retire now until Everton move next year.

We didn't play well yesterday and Fleetwood were worth their point in the end. The substitutes made us worse, if anything.

I fear if anything is going to scupper our promotion bid then it's the struggle to beat the dross teams at home. Fleetwood and Cheltenham have both taken points from us and it took 90th minute winners to beat Wycombe and Carlisle too.

That was absolutely awful. The two worst sides in the division, by far - neither would have scored were it not for the most incompetent piece of goalkeeping seen at `Brunton Park since... er, last week. Tomas Holy's time is up, and we'll be splashing the cash on a new keeper in January.

We'll be taking nothing from the next three games, but new signings will be in for the Exeter game. We're not dead yet. But that was dire. As bad as we've played since Simpson took over.
