1-0 to the blues.. Assist for Carline with the long throw, and I’m pretty certain it was Hollis who scored but announcer seemed to think it was Joel Taylor?

2 debut goals already - would be nice for Dover to sign new players who could make an impact

Pools playing 442 and Armstrong with a debut goal. He’s getting into some great positions, just looks exactly what we needed. Good performance so far from a much changed side. Glad Shelton is back, Crawford out and Donaldson dropped. We’ll now see the vids of Challinor with cam girls all over the internet tomorrow.

Played well so far, still got a case of the Ricketts at the back, Odusina very lucky for me like after that slip, still not confident until we get at least another.

He deserved it after getting osbourned out the game at Solihull last week.

HT Sutton 0-1 Chesterfield

Sutton started much the brighter side and we’re in our faces for the first 25/30 mins. Soon as we got the goal we’ve come more into the game and started to look much more comfortable.

Assist and goal for the debut men (Carline and Taylor) so all positives for them so far. Big second half coming up, expect Sutton to come flying out the blocks again similar to first half...

Good game at Notts. We missed two really good chances inside the first five minutes, then B Wood dominated the next 20 or so, hitting the post, then more even an end to end since then.

Boreham Wood are definitely going to climb the table.

1-0 to County at Barnet, looked Good value for it but like Saturday we're allowing too open chances at the back. Up to 5th as it stands (thanks, Yeovil )

3 games in less than a week, two being long away trips seems to have caught up to us here. We look really leggy and sloppy and on first half evidence can’t see past an Aldershot win

Well that was disappointing.

Chesterfield defended very well, and we showed no Footballing intelligence

FT: Sutton 0-1 Chesterfield

HUGE 3 points for us on the road at a side going very well in the league this year.

Sat back in the 2nd half and dealt with everything Sutton threw at us pretty comfortably in all fairness.

7 points in 3 games for JR, and it’s onto Barnet (H) this weekend

Well deserved win for us, Luke Armstrong double, the striker we've been missing, both goals inside the six yard box, King's Lynn looked much better when they took off Michael Gash who looked like a walking football player and how Marriot missed that open goal I'll never know.

Feels good to watch a win at home.

started very well rowe. Great result. I used to hate watching us trying to defend against Denton. Has any team ever managed to get to grips with that big lump?

Classic ugly win which we have never done down here. Was comfortable without being a good performance.

We absolutely battered Aldershot last week and didn’t win so across those 2 games 4 points is about what we deserved.

Maybe, we can start to look upwards for once

I hesitate to say it, because I'm not one for bigging us up, but we're looking a superb side now. :ds:

There’s me eating my words out. Earing comes on and completely changes the game.

Shots fans will be disappointed, they’ve had plenty of chances to win that and think both sets of fans will agree both penalties looked soft. Nice to see us finally take our chances. That was definitely the main difference between the two teams tonight as Aldershot had more of the general play.

Boreham Wood are the best team we’ve played, but we created all of the clear chances there really. We definitely don’t have the right mentality, though, very much in our manager’s image.

Managed to get to the game tonight with it being 20 minutes drive from me.

The perfect away performance from us tonight - Hollis puts us ahead and we defended the lead for the remainder of the game.

7 points from 9 under Rowe, should be 9 as we battered Aldershot - happy days.

Stockport County.
Thought we were quite poor really, we seem to just play in fits and starts. Barnet caused us plenty of problems and they're a pretty poor team by all accounts. Good to get the win but with Sutton, Notts County and Hartlepool in our next three I think we'll have to raise our game.

Not managed to kick, dive or moan your way to a result tonight, shame.
