Feel like today is massive, and I can’t help but feel we are going to get pumped, think the games came at the wrong time.

But if we get something today, it could be huge going into this run of fixtures we have.

Dodds should be thrown straight into the team, regardless of the fact he’s new through the door, just get Tumilty away from the side asap

Just shy of 1,000 off to Stockport tomorrow, looks like the forecast rain will clear by kick off which is a bonus
Listening to the pre-match, seems some of our squad are still struggling to shake off the lurgy, so I'd fancy your chances today. Pre-Christmas I'd have been supremely confident of County's chances against any side, but illness + Horsfall's injury means the spine of our team is struggling.

Trains are a bit fucked getting into Swindon, just en route to Paddington now. Hoping I can get there!

Huge game indeed but I think it’ll be close and very tense. I’m also hoping our new guys start, the weather has been awful down here this morning, not conductive for either team to be pumping the other I don’t think.

New boy Costelloe makes his debut and we’ve reverted back to 4231 - which I’m happy with.

Starting XI:

GK: Harry Lewis

RB: Brad Halliday
CB: Matt Platt
CB: Romoney Critchlow
LB: Matty Foulds

CM: Ritchie Smallwood
CM: Alex Gilliead

RW: Abo Eisa
CAM: Jamie Walker
LW: Dara Costelloe

ST: Vadaine Oliver

Quietly confident …..he says.

We have the same issue. Just signed a GK Tom King from Salford who has gone straight into the team as Burge is out injured, assuming for longer than we hoped. Guthrie our most important defender is missing surprisingly and Mcwilliams out most important midfielder injured.

Our spine is hugely weakened by their loss. Still have a good side out there but will be interested to see how Max Dyche gets on making his first league start. Son of Sean Dyche and plans in the way you would imagine.

Would take a point now.

Losing Guthrie is about as Stockport losing Horsfall considering they were statistically the #1 and #2 centre backs in the league last year

But on top of that we've lost our keeper and we're playing a guy whos been in the building for 5 mins, our other Centre back out so we're playing a teenager, our main midfielder and our best forward (or two). So Stockports flu is going to have to be rampant to get anyting today.

Our usual slow start, this time though we get away with it as Swindon hit the post instead.

Very open game that, looked the better side since the goal but not much in it.

Need another to win this I think, bit dodgy at the back with this formation.

Missed the entirety of the first half, checked the stats, same old same old seemingly.
We've been absolutely pathetic, they should be 3 or 4 up

4 at the back again, players in wrong positions again, nothing in midfield, woeful at the back. Fuck all upfront

Where's Cooke? And only 6 subs on the bench. Woof, think I'll not bother with the second half.

Injured. We miss him. Nobody in there to get on the ball. Featherstone is finished.

Uneventful first half in East Lahndahn. Barrow’s delivery into the box is excellent but the only chance of real note fell to Ruel Sotiriou who shot straight at Farman. Pitch and conditions aren’t conducive to good football but we’re still knocking it about like it’s August. Fully respect Wellens’ principles, but wouldn’t be displeased to see the prodigal giraffe come on soon and us play a bit more percentage football.

2-0, good stuff. Be a very big win this if we can see it through.

At least now we can just concentrate on winning the FA Cup now.

4-0 down with 10 men, I think the best we can hope for now is a draw.

Down to 10 men for a third of the game, not a classic but will take a point under the circumstances.

Thought it was a good game in terms of effort and intent from both sides, not a dirty game but so many nothing free kicks being given just killed any flow to the game. Happy with a point, Wimbledon looked dangerous and with ten men, away, pleased.

Won't sniff at that point, especially after winning last week. Sounds like both teams had penalty shouts turned down but listened on the radio so no idea whether they were genuine or not.

Two big home games coming up against Salford and Northampton, we could either be 4th or 12th.

Minging from the moment Smith jumped under the cross for Swindon's first. Amos's sending off is the killer, I honestly couldn't guess why he's let the ball run across his body. Swindon will feel they played really well and they could've had more to be fair. I wish we had Khan

Tough to know how good we actually played as second half once we got 3 you laid down your tools. The red card clearly made the difference, up to then it was even. Mcatee is not a player you want on the pitch with 10 men is he. Lavinier and Darcy scored with their first touches after coming on. Charlie Austin still looks like he could be playing higher up, lovely finish and his touches were class.

Khan ran the midfield second half, he's got that in his locker for sure.

0-0 at Orient this afternoon, right result, thought Barrow were solid and well organised, deserved the point for their long journey.
Good chance for Ruel in the first half and a couple of half penalty shouts that I thought we could have been given in the second but nothing stonewall.
I make that 4 games out of the last 5 where we have failed to score which is a concern, but I also think that's our 8th consecutive home clean sheet so it goes both ways. Whether our recent lack of goals is down to issues on our side, or teams coming up against us and setting up not to lose remains to be seen, probably a bit of both.
Stupid red for James in the 94th means he's out for Stevenage next week, can see us losing that but it's been a very difficult and packed run of fixtures and we can afford to drop a few points anyway.
