Hard fought point today & Bradford missed a good few chances, but then again it was never a free kick which led to their first goal.
Ref give us absolutely feck all.

Apart from Gills from 14th down including Harrogate in the cup we’ve failed to beat every team this season at least once.

Yeah can't say I'm buzzing about the result really as we keep spaffing leads away and time/games are running out. No way does this side under this manager get relegated if it had been in place longer. We've fucked it this season but a point is a point and even if Crawley hold on here, as long as we're in touch mid April then we have a chance.
We've improved vastly under Askey & surely the wins will come.
We don't like look a team 2nd/3rd bottom now.
The lack of games left might just kill us.

Awful support from Colchester, it's only down the road and they've barely sold 2/3rds of the away end, very poor.

Their support is always shit in numbers. Made some noise until we scored, mind.

Fractious, low quality game in unpleasant conditions. Flair players like Smyth and Chilvers are barely involved. Nothing in it except an extremely soft penalty conceded by Fiacre Kelleher after his own mistake. Absolute donkey.

For those who like an in-play flutter I’d say that there is a very high likelihood of a red card in the second. Three Ewes (plus Ben Garner) on a yellow already.

Keeper keeping Crewe in it. Hope we don’t rue the missed chances.

We’ve gifted both of Salford’s goals, Olowu messing about in the box got caught on the ball leading to an easy tap in then a shot from 30 yards out that should have been easily held went straight through Moore’s hands into the net. In between Miller scored a great goal. Salford have looked pretty on the ball but never looked like scoring on their own. Our midfield is nonexistent and we are very lacklustre again. The pitch is bloody awful not that it’s an excuse

Agree, we look loads better, it might not always come off but we're playing football and knocking it about, none of this lump it guff, yeah we've chucked another lead but I think we'd of all been happy with a point here, Bradford with a better strike partner for Cook win that game by a few goals, his strike partner was awful.

Lack of games and others starting to pick up wins will be our death, only 9 left, draws aren't gonna be any good to us soon.

His strike partner is Costalloe. He was absolutely fcking dreadful, wasn't he?

Safe journey home. Hope you come back for another visit next season.

Just when you think we couldn’t be more inept they manage to prove you wrong, absolute gash today against a team that aren’t that good

Nice of Wimbeldon to roll over for a belly tickle this afternoon :lac:
Thought they'd win today like, now out of our hands. Hopefully Colchester are in the mix now. Two home games in a row coming up and we need 4 points at least from them.

Colchester grab a point out of nowhere, they've been completely abject, one of the worst sides I've seen at this level, total embarrassment to not beat them.

Nabbed a point at the death, creeping away from danger like the rest, this Crawley revival is sending us and Rochdale down.

In shock news we've lost at Harrogate as we do every season. The definition of a bogey side.

90 minutes of pretty solid shithousery from Stevenage. Niggly fouls, going down at every opportunity, surrounding the ref constantly, taking an age over every goal kick. Not that they got much joy out of the referee but it broke up the game which is exactly what they wanted. Ball was hardly ever in play.

Hard fought, nervy and tense 0-0 with Carlisle today. Fair enough result on the balance of play, in the end it kind of felt like both sides were happy with the point, we certainly were.

First half was largely uneventful, Carlisle had the better of it without troubling the keeper too much, they did have a goal ruled out for offside, correctly in my view, but other than that we were largely on top defensively.

We offered a bit more second half, aided by the wind, we had a spell at the start of the second half where we put together a few half chances but nothing that worked their keeper. Carlisle's defence largely handled what we offered.

Certainly a case of defences on top. We rode our luck with Sweeney's tackle on Edmondson, a long ball forward, the bounce favoured the Carlisle attacker, Sweeney got wrong side, just outside the box and ended up taking ball and man, was only shown a yellow, strong argument for a red card.

Carlisle were appealing for a penalty early part of the second half, I do think it hit Piergianni's arm but it wasn't away from his body, it wasn't on purpose and it came at him very quickly. It didn't really prevent anything either, would have been very harsh to see that given in my view.

Happy to come away with the point, we've struggled on the road recently with just 1 win in our last 9 away games in the league. I know it's 1 in 10 now but I really did think we were going to lose today.

You guys were pretty dumb with it though. Numerous times the ball went out of play, your players would kick it into the stands or down the line away from our players, made it incredibly easy to slow the game. Added to that one or two of your players were instigating/provoking a number of niggly confrontations. I'd say you aided in slowing the game down, whether it was intentional or not I don't know.
