Results went our way last night but a lot of changes coming up...

Gunning and Cole out for another 3-4 weeks still, would imagine both McClure and Mensah will need fitness tests before Kidderminster on Saturday. Tahvon Campbell's loan finished and he returns to Cheltenham, scored 5 goals in 6 games however that didn't really tell the full tale. 3 of those goals came in the 7-1 win over Malden & Tiptree and for the majority of his spell he didn't look particularly effectual. Will need replacing though as we're light in that area.

Expecting Whittle to go, possibly end up at Chesterfield as he's using the same "tactics" Carline did. Unlike Carline, who really didn't look much better than what we had, Whittle will be a loss as he's a hardworking, competent fullback who to be fair could easily play a level above. This is James Rowe's legacy unfortunately, bringing in players who are mercenaries.

Liam Daly has had an offer from Barnet, his old Solihull boss Tim Flowers now there of course. Big loss in the dressing room should he go, which I expect he will as by all accounts the wages offered far exceed anything we can come close to. But he's 33 and with players running at him at pace really struggles, but in the air is dominate and has a huge presence on the field.

Going to be an interesting week.
Funny you should said that..I heard we might be about to pinch 2 of your players.

Whittle plays in the same position as the lad you've signed from Chester so who knows. Rowe will no doubt sign another 5 or 6 or so within the next 2 months for you, it's a constant conveyor belt with him at the helm.

Are you lads looking after Asante would have loved to have had him here for this season I think we would have walked this league.
Yeah he’s settled in well, got 5 in 6 I think for us. Looks a really good addition and a good bloke to boot

Interesting. I think we’ve had 7 in and 5 out so far maybe so he’s certainly shaking things up which we needed. Rumours of more additions and more departures are probably still needed given the state we were in when he came in.

Just watched your 6-0 tonking of Barnet, who were quite poor. Asante's hat-trick was sublime and that's what you get from him. Keeping him fit will be crucial.

Simon Grands red card against Guiseley has been rescinded it was a ridiculous sending off and we are thankful that it didn’t change the outcome of the game
We got the 3 points, but if he'd stayed on the pitch we might possibly scored more goals and avoided the squeaky bum 25 minutes.

Whittle gone, as I said same as Carline and is expected to sign for Chesterfield. Have it on good authority the FA have now been informed. As other posts off others have alluded to, James Rowe has previous for this. Clearly illegal approaches.

I don't know the rules but what do you think JR has done wrong here? If a player has bought himself out of the contract (presumably on the promise of a signing on fee elsewhere) is that illegal? It does seem that something is probably amiss but I don't know if you could prove this or not.

If we sign another one of your players the storm on twitter would be an interesting one.

At the risk of trolling Gloucester even more, we've also been linked with Gavin Gunning.

Sad day for us next Tuesday last game ever at Bootham Crescent and behind closed doors, plus to make matters worse it’s against AFC Plastic just to prove the level we are at,would of been nice to play an ex league team (Chester,Hereford Darlo etc) for old times sake.

Last ever game until the next one? Bid more farewells than a HR director.

Gavin Gunning will go but not just cause you or anyone else want him, free kick at Chorley aside he's been awful and spent most of the season injured. Not a good person in the dressing room either.

Certainly the thought of him going has rattled your chairman/director. I don’t know how much there is too it but these names are coming from somewhere

Few weeks off for us now. Nothing to do with Covid, just that Bradford's plastic pitch couldn't beat the weather and oppo in the Trophy the week after.

Is there a chance of a rearranged match ~~~ Alfreton (a)?
