2020/21 Pre-Season Friendlies Thread

Got an additional friendly arranged next Wednesday against Forest.

Should be a good opportunity to give Manny Oyeleke some minutes at least as he has sat the first two friendlies out.

Beat Spurs U23s 6-2 with goals from Lee Angol x2, Jordan Maguire-Drew, James Dayton, Danny Johnson and Trialist Shaq Coulthirst - although the follow up header he scored may have already gone over the line after Conor Wilkinsons free kick hit the bar and likely bounced over the line.

We look similar to last season - Dangerous going forward and creating chances, but switch off as a team when it comes to defending at times and go into coast mode. Game could easily have ended 7-4 in the end.

Got to watch Maurico Pochettino's 19 year old son - who has the same name as his dad, looks a very lively and tricky right winger, certainly looks a decent prospect and gave us the runaround a few times in the second half when he came on.
