Reading at home for us tonight. They have done significantly better than I think many expected given there off field issues and that I don’t think many people rate Ince as a manager. Done well so far though.

Lansbury apparently going to be out for all the games leading into the World Cup break which is a huge blow for us. Forces a decision in midfield that I don’t think we really want to make as as Saturday showed we lack another like him and it can lead to a bit of a unbalanced midfield. I wonder if he might try Pelly as he did well on Saturday in his short sub appearance but depends on fitness and whether he is ready to start after a long lay off.
Pelly it is, with a rest for Morris. Doughty up top too it seems. Attack minded.

Think it will be Doughty in midfield like it was for Norwich, but we’ve so many players who play multiple different roles it’s a tough one to work out

Quite a big call to leave Morris out too, need others to step up with goals tonight then

Very uninspiring team selection, I'd be surprised if we score.

Hope Bradley’s injury isn’t as it looks .

Sat back for the entire second half, it's a risky game and I don't like it one bit. Will never turn my nose up at 3pts but if you concede playing like that then the opposition has all the momentum, and things can change quickly.

We're great at defending the six yard box, and the concentration levels are top draw, but completely giving up possession isn't what I want to see at home.

Think given the circumstances and who we ended up playing and where we’ve done well to come out of that with a point. Makeshift back line with fullbacks at centre half, Cornick right wing back a clearly woefully unfit Berry for 60 minutes, Pelly just back from a long term injury.

Frustrating as first 30 before the Bradley injury felt we looked comfortable and had the 3 best chances but after it became very attritional and low quality. Just whether someone would make a bad enough mistake to cost either side. Ref was ridiculous too, let Carroll get away with whatever he likes and then booked him for what he’d just been letting go for 85 minutes. Don’t normally comment on refs but he contributed to a pretty poor game tonight.

Huge huge injury problems for us now though. Essentially that group have to go again in a few days with only essentially only Potts as a recognised centre half. Midfield also lacking in depth without Lansbury. Going to be a huge struggle until the World Cup

I love how Doughty looks so far and was excited when we got him. Id hoped wed get him a while back but he went to Stoke ( i think). A great acquisitiin and glad hes getting a look in looking strong and dangerous so quickly.

Balance def not right but i feel its close and we could click and become a very nice side. We are strong up top, decent in the middle but not quite right and have space for a couple or so more mobile athletic defenders and a DM is where we should spend our top money. Pelly back is great (sorry Oaky i think hes a greatly improved and has room to for more and a very important cog in the wheel).

Considering our tiny Stadium and income, weve been great and are puching above our weight. Despite my above rant that is in a large part to Jones and the squad/team hes assembled but especially 2020. We need Power Court asap.

I’ve been travelling a lot in recent weeks hence my lack of postings. Care to explain the comments re 2020?

Anyone fancy lending us a centre half? Losing potentially two in the same game; one I’m sure for a while, along with another who has been injured since about September. And we were already one short to start with.

Doesn’t rain but it pours.

Hi Kenny. Welcome back. Probably poorly written by me. I was saying Jones, the Management and the Squad have done great and kept us punching above our weight and deserve credit. But more so its due to the support backing and vision of 2020.

But even with all of this we are involved in an uphill battle to be a sustainable Championship side. We need Power Court for that. Thats all. Nobodys fault.

In all these games, we’ve still not been given a penalty this season. And had some absolutely blatant ones turned down. Todays game was no exception.

11 clean sheets in 19 for Woodman so far, had an outstanding game against his old club last night. I think we'll do well to keep him for more than a season.

Another away win .

Coming from behind and 2 goals via corners.

3 wins in a row - when did that last happen ?!

Reading away tomorrow night, very odd selection by Sky.

Our record is generally poor there but they're in bad form. A point wouldn't be terrible.

Whiteman missing this and Millwall after pulling his thigh. Big loss.

An opportunity to cover the minimum games. That’s all it’s there for. It’s why Luton-Millwall is so popular with Sky too.

Speaking of sky, they have messed around with our festive fixtures something awful. Norwich at home on Boxing Day now a 745 kick off and QPR on 29th December (an actual working day for a lot of people) at a bizarre 6pm kick off.

Feel for Norwich fans in particular there, actual joke of a change.

Same for our fans - trips against Swansea and Norwich moved.

Some had already brought train tickets etc.

For the Premier league?

No sky game at 3 I presume then.

Well you Luton lads, Carlos Gomes Mendes is really doing is stuff at Fleetwood. The bracing Lancashire air is certainly suiting him, got to say he is a class act, perhaps you can persuade your board to sell him at a cut price deal come season end !! Mind you forecast tomorrow is so shite he will probably wish he'd stayed down South....

Nice to see you alive and kicking Oaky and trust everything ok in your camp . Well your lads are just down the road from us tomorrow and I think you might be going home happy. Lashers not that good at home, knowing so many of their fans it brings a smile to my face when they come unstuck. Keep well old friend
