Sneaking out of the fire exit is the act of a deviant.

I don't think he raped the girl btw just a bit of a predator

I wasn't there so I've no idea if it was sneaking or convenience. If someone was acquitted of stealing, I wouldn't go around saying they weren't a thief, but you're kind of a thief.

Blackpool away for us today, tricky place to go on a blustery November Saturday. Last year this game was played in a full blown gale and we ran out reasonably comfortable winners but Blackpool have a year at the level and I believe the leagues top scorer with Yates.

The kind of day you want your head it and kick it centre halves to dominate but we have none available so going to be a makeshift back line. Assume it will be Bree, Potts, Bell with Doughty as on one of the flanks but those players playing in centre half means a one of the wing back slots is open, as Onyedinma not fit,
Clark didn’t play midweek so assume he has some knock so really could be Cornick there again as we ended the midweek game

Either that or we change shape and go with 2 centre halves and a back 4 but that would really be upsetting the apples cart. Going to be a tricky afternoon and I think we will do well to take a point given it’s going to be a little makeshift

Surpises all around. No Doughty at all - which is a miss i think and a shame as he was looking good. But as mentioned a great game to have Lockyer. Old school middle with Pelly and Berry but a little gamble with both having been out so long and a very young midfield bachup bench.

The pile up of games for a ridiculous World Cup is showing.

Not as bad as feared really in defence, with Lockyer available, if Doughty didn’t have a knock seemingly it would be fine. Looks a good player but fragile. Clark at right wing back not ideal but he can do it.

Midfield is my concern now as Berry who I really like, looked way off the pace and not fully fit, and asking Pelly to go again off the back of his lay off may be a risk.

Lost another defender but the balance looks good with a back fou,r v Blackpool at least, and we are clearly on top looking dangerous and controlled, but lacking the killer ball.

Weeeeeeeeeeee. Gutless at scum to Warriors today. One of those days where they gave every single ounce and left it there.

Hope we saved some for Stoke

Lockyer is immense. Should be in the Wales squad for the World Cup, been outstanding. Huge effort put in today, wonder if he will have anything in the tank for Stoke but thats for the future. So enjoyable to see your side give everything and win

Whereas today we could still be playing now and won't have scored.

Sarr miss a sitter from about 0,5 yards!

Coventry played well on the break though and certainly were organised.

Championship for you.

Even Burnley lost 5-2 today albeit to Sheff U but then they hadn't won in 6 games before winning the last 3!

6 wins and 3 losses for the 0-0 specialists.

From afar, it seems everyone else is in the same boat when it comes to injuries. Just need to get through these last couple of games before the World Cup and then give some of them a good rest for a month. Losing Potts today is frustrating - that’s four centre halves injured and a lot of the team playing out of position.

Say what you like about that Watford result 2 weeks ago - but we are just 1 goal behind them again now.

Lockyer just has to go to the World Cup.

We've been saying the same about Andrew Hughes getting a Wales call up for about two years now.

They're too busy calling up English 18yr olds.

Horvath out with illness, getting close to the World Cup so I wonder if it’s a bit of World Cup flu maybe? That’s probably a little unfair on my part. Interestingly it’s Isted who comes into replace him and not Macey who we actually paid money for. A weird signing at the time and even weirder now when he opportunity comes he’s not the one to get the gloves.

Osho back in and Lockyer there of course but looks like a potential 433 to close out the NJ era which is interesting. I assume somewhat enforced by the centre half situation! Not sure how this is going to go, one last 1-0 away win would be perfect and you’d hope they’d motivated rather than dejected but it’s tough to know how we will react. I think it’s a tight knit group most of whom are lots to Jones in some way. Not sure how we’ll be able to go again after the weekends big shifts either. Expecting another battle

Oh dear ending with a whimper really. 2 attacks from Stoke and 2 goals, slack marking from a deep cross and then Lockyer heads one passed Isted and that’s game over from the looks of it.

One of those games where you’ve not even played that badly but other team has a couple of attacks that yield 2 goals from nothing situations. First is poor defending from Pelly to let his man free off the back of him and then the second an unfortunate own goal that whizzes off Lockyers head into the top corner. We’ve missed some fencer chances ourselves especially Morris. Frustrating and feels a little like one of those days/weeks where your luck just not in.

Would help if the officials were up to much. He’s clearly guessed a number of decisions and given an offside against Stoke that was clearly about 5 yards on. Bizarre

Hes an awful ref. Never has a clue and literally guessed several times missing all sorts both ways. Thankfully nothing decisive. We look tired, Pelly was in over his head tonight match fitness v number of games in a week. But we are hurting for numbers with a thinner quality squad than most. Good effort just missing some quality that fades when tired. Need the break and take stock with what weve got

Seems odd letting Jones speak with Saints but take charge tonight, surely is can't be focused as he should be.

Really really frustrating night. Stoke had 2 attacks and scored from both basically one a bit of a switch off from us granted the other a bit of a freak OG from Lockyer who didnt do anything wrong per se and 99/100 heads that away no issue (as he did many times at the weekend!). Whereas we had numerous good situations and even 3 real good golden chances and didnt take any one of those.

Stoke looked really really poor and even at 2-0 very low confidence wise but just felt all night that we didnt have that little bit of luck you need to win a game. If we had just been that little bit more switched on from the first cross of the game i really think there is a different outcome tonight. We have played a lot worse than that this season and in seasons gone by and won.

A little bit of me thinks (hopes) its because its not as done a deal as has been reported and is more of an interview than agreeing personal terms, in which case it somewhat makes sense from our point of view as he might not get it in those circumstances. But i feel thats a pretty faint hope.

Hes actually out doing the press stuff now rather than sending his assistant and his walk off the pitch didnt exactly look like a "good bye", but yeah. Faint hopes certainly.

Not sure it was a great performance but a win and defence did well considering it was make shift .

It is basically this from what i can tell from his press stuff (he is an absolute bullshit artist when it comes to press stuff though so)

Up in the air which way i want this to fall. Obv Jones has been great for us. BUT. Can it be the same again moving forward, as his head is turned again. Will his heart still be in it if they decide hes not their man? Will ours? Will there be faith in him from the boardroom to the terraces? Best way forward for us is they offer it and he declines. But thats not going to happen.

Time for change i think
