We had 5 season, wrexham went down with us and still stuck down there.

If you’re a rochdale fan who look nailed on, you’ve absolutely no idea just how wank it is, you’ve no idea. it’s beyond the worst nightmare,

Full of sides like aldershot, bromley, chesterfield and altrincham for instance

I said on our messageboard a couple of days back that you seem to be sleepwalking your way to relegation.

Bentley looked a poor appointment at the time and I’m really surprised he’s still there.

We had 123 years. It’s a good grounding.
See how you feel when its your time again, Believe me what you have right now will not last.
Your side at the moment reminds me of the crazygang.

Yes, cvnts of the highest order, and it’s not nice playing Aldershot, Chesterfield or Altrincham either…

Is it not becoming 3 up, 3 down soon? One of the major factors in that league feeling like purgatory is the bottleneck, as long as you're not so utterly shite you drop through into the regional leagues then it wouldn't be the horrible experience it is now. Of course you'll still have to play Bromley Wood every other week but there's nothing that can be done about that

I'm resigned to relegation.

We play OK at times but mostly are just poor. We have two ways we lose points.

1/ The other team score and we give up.
2/ We are a goal or two up and defend the six yard box for the last ten minutes.

Telford is a good player but small and lightweight. Playing him up front on his own is a complete waste of time. Defenders just bully him off the ball.
Our team cannot defend counter attacks. If you see the Orient goal (on Saturday) the only player trying to get back and defend is a forward (helpfully playing wide left so he cannot get close enough to Telford to help).
4 shots on target in the last 3 games tells you how poor our attack is.
Mansfield fans warned us about Gordon. Looks good going forward but when defending he has the ability of my great aunt Nelly. Most of the goals conceded recently have down his side. Odd to think we let a good right back join Dorking for nothing as he spoke up against Wagmi.

When Lewis Young was in charge it wasn't pretty. Sat deep and played the ball over the top for Nadersan to run onto. 1 loss in 7. Classic 'how to avoid relegation' stuff but not enough shots on target for out statos so they sacked him. We still don't have shots but now we are losing because we pile forward and leave sodding great holes for the opposition to run into while we trundle back.

If Lindsey turns this around I will be very surprised.

Pools must back up Saturdays late comeback with 2 results this week.
But every time we get a good away result,we balls up the home following home games.
Finney,Kiernan & McKenzie should start, completely changed the game when they came on.
Even though McKenzie was a cart horse, his link up & positional play was good.

Getting your Leon’s mixed up there seston!

Agree though, would love to see a midfield three of Kiernan, Finney, Kemp on Tuesday, not a chance it happens though

I'd probably go Sylla, Finney, Kemp. Finney looks like he has good movement in the final third, his execution isn't great but he's getting in good areas. Kemp is an obvious pick, Sylla at the base of the three as we still need some solidity, them 3 would be outmuscled & not a tackle in them.

Can’t work Sylla out me, dunno if I rate him or not, he’s all legs.

Could be a massive night for Rochdale's fate, tough game for them whereas there are two winnable games for Pools and Harrogate based off the table alone.

Not sleepwalking. Usain bolt speed sprinting, eyes wide open, into the abyss.

Also amazed Bentley is still here. Worst manager in about 50 years according to the stats. Obviously lost the players and the vast majority of fans (those left) want him gone too. Not that it will save this season.

If you went you will have seen on Tuesday we can look OK. For about 30 minutes. But if the opposition score (and they will) we will fold. Are already crap fanbase is giving up. 1700 for a local derby. Yikes. Not surprising though. Its shit game after shit game. No fun.

Resigned myself to going down a while ago. Just really hope we sort out management before the summer. A season of mid table, actually win more often than once a meteorlogical season, would be lovely after the last 5 or so years. Stick with what we have and we'll just do what Scunny and Oldham are doing.

Ahh well. Whatever the league, i'll turn up more often than not. Crewe tomorrow. Not sure my £25 ticket will last me 90 minutes.

They've discovered a pulse at Rochdale, Crawley currently flatlining and we're looking to draw our way to 3rd bottom.

Gillingham up to Grimsby about a win from safety I'd say, reckon 38/39 should do it.

8 points clear considering where we were when the Galinsons took over, didn't expect such a turnaround so quickly.

Crawley look doomed as do Rochdale but aleast they look like their tryig to put up a fight.

2 from Dale, crawley and pools for me

Yesterday seemed very much a case of two sides happy with a point and a step closer to safety to me. Slightly premature maybe, but an away point tends not to be a bad one, and our home form has been pretty good since the turn of the year. I would like a couple more wins sooner rather than later though, as our last 6 games see us face Northampton (A), Stockport (H), Orient (H), Bradford (A) and Salford (A), with a little Newport (H) chaser added to the mix.

I notice Hartlepool have a tricky few weeks before some some ok games towards the end, Crawley have to make something of their March fixtures or they're done, while Rochdale seem to have something of a mixed bag.

Hartlepool v Crawley on the 22nd April looks massive already. Harrogate v Rochdale on the final day could be big too, or have nothing on it at all.

The wheels seem to have fallen off Colchester's little revival.
One point from the last four games ,with no goals
scored, could see them having to scrap it out.
