RefWatch; Ref for Bees game is Lee Collins, 33, from our favourite loanee town, Woking. Looks like a fat Aled Jones, and now 'I'm Woking In The Air' is in my head, which will take vast quantities of vodka & Sabbath to shift. Normal Wednesday morning, then. FL ref since 2011. Our ex-loanee Paul McCallum (now with the O's) got a 7 game ban for pushing him in a Pompey v Shrimpers game. Goes absolutely batshit crazy with the cards every few games, giving up to 10 Y & a couple of reds in a game. He's due another meltdown anytime now - he only gave 5Y & 1R in his last match (Newport v Carlisle last Saturday), and has given over 30Y in his last 6 games. So, just another traffic warden with a whistle trying to make football a non-contact sport. Brilliant, we love those.

Reffed Wombles 6 times (plus a pre-season against Woking in the Air); the 4-1 win v Altrincham in the Conf in '11 (4Y, & 1R for them); the horrible 3-0 Lee Minshull Womble-career-ending horror show loss to Oxford in Dec '12 (4Y, 1R Constable); the 5-3 humping by Brentford in Sept '13 in the Paint (no cards); the annual 1-0 away win v Shrimpers in August '14 (4Y), the drab 0-0 draw at Oxford in April 15 (2 Y) & the 2-0 home win v Pools in Oct 15 (3Y). Reffed Bees 4 times (W1, D2, L1; 12Y, 2R & 2 pens), most recently the 1-1 draw with Accies in Nov '12. Reviles the filth - reffed them 4 times, lost 2 & sent off a scum. Top man. Hates them. Home win % is 33% - very low. In 29 games last season he gave 109 Y & 7 R - hugely massive.

AnagramWatch; Lee A Collins, Woking = Clone Wanks Lion Leg.

I'm looking forward to this one. We're both in decent form with us looking to the calm sunny uplands of mid-table and Wombles having realistic play-off amibitions. It also should be a decent atmosphere and possibly our biggest crowd of the season (although the Portsmouth match on Tuesday will surely be bigger still) and Andy Yiadom will be back after the longest 3 match suspension in history!

Forgotten what it's like to go to a home game. First one in over a month.

New ground. Big away following. Dons on an impressive run if away games. This has home win written all over it.

We're a slightly different animal of late so I'm gonna predict an away win.

We have only one fit centre half by the look of things, and a keeper that's only played once for us. High scoring draw I reckon. 3-3.

We will play our new 8-1-1 formation with the aim of keeping it tight and nicking a goal. We will not score 3.
Heavy rain and strong winds forecast

Has there ever been a game at The Hive when it wasn't windy? Must be the most exposed ground in the world!

Sweeney is fit for selection so a similar line up to last week is on the cards. Over 4 months since our last defeat on the road means we have to travel in confident mood. Looking forward to seeing Barnet's new home and a decent game.

Interesting away end. Brings back memories of Weston-super-Mare.

Bounce, bounce, bounce.

Getting news that Barnet are singing pro-Franchise songs. About sums you up, you pointless, tinpot little knobjockeys.
You have incredible hearing. I'm in the home stand and haven't heard anything like that

Been contacted separately by two Dons who don't know each other. No reason to disbelieve them.

I disagree amd suspect you are more interested in insulting people than any basis in fact.

*someone says something on Twitter for the lols*
*Opposition fans all get pissy about it*
*Word spreads that everything on Twitter ever is gospal truth*
*Orient fan on 1FF hears the outrage and waves his willy around blindly*

Yeah I can see why you believe everything you hear

I didn't hear anything either. It's not like we sing very much anyway and I doubt that any Dons fans in the North Terrace would hear what we were singing.
As for the match, AFC Wimbledon did deserve to win it but it's galling that we have them the two goals to win it. Otherwise it was a compelling contest and a good atmosphere.

Good win today, missed the last couple matches because I've been in tenerife so I'm looking forward to the highlights.

I didn't hear any chants from Barnet full stop.

What a great afternoon - a win and the away end was rocking. Shame we can't create that sort of atmosphere at home. Only thing to spoil it was the twunt with the smoke bomb.

Fantastic 3 points today.
How bouncy is that away terrace/trampoline?

What is it with the Barnet stewards? Tried to stop one of our fans from taking a photo, only for 50 plus other fans to whip out their phones and start taking pictures

I didn't hear any chants from us either. Very poor day for the home support.
Wombles were better team and deserved the win. Our keeper made three terrific saves, our centre backs made two howlers. Playing one up front at home was a mistake and we didnt look threatening until Randall and Matty Stevens came on. Stevens made an excellent chance for Yiadom, came close with a header and took his goal well.

I was next to the Barnet fans in the main stand, there was a brief chant of Milton Keynes from a few knobs, we get it most places but generally from a small number, the majority of football fans know the story and can't bring themselves to chant about franchise even to wind us up. Good facilities at The Hive with the floodlit training pitches, just a shame the ground itself is such a poor design, the side opposite the main stand is as ugly as anything in the league.

Not much we can do about that, that was Wealdstone's fault!

The ground was not planned like that by us. The main building + terraces were built 10 yrs ago. We then decided to make it a home ground 3/4 yrs ago. There are plans to build a stand behind the goals. Can't do much with the main building...
