I wrote a blog post about the Swansea City's chairman and how he's played a part in getting them from the bottom division to the Premier League.

It got me thinking who is the best chairman in the league?
I'm assuming people will just pick the big money clubs e.g. Man City, Chelsea, etc. but who are the best without huge spending power behind them?
My favourite personally was Milan Mandaric. He saved Wednesday from the bottom division and although he didn't really put his hands in his pockets he played a huge role in getting us to where we are now. Club legend in my opinion.
