Brighton And Hove Albion take on Charlton Athletic this weekend at the Amex Stadium with a 3pm kick off. Bob Peeters' team are unbeaten in the league this campaign while The Seagulls have won two and lost two.
Charlton boss Peeters could still start with Nick Pope in goal while Stephen Henderson recovers from a recent hamstring injury. The Addicks boss is likely to start with top scorer Igor Vetokele who has netted 3 times this season.
Albion boss Sami Hyypiä could recall striker Craig Mackail-Smith, 30, after he was rested for the Capital One Cup tie vs Swindon in midweek. Hyypiä could hand debuts to striker Sam Baldock and midfielder Gary Gardner who have been signed from Bristol City and Aston Villa respectively. He is also likely to start Joao Teixiera after he scored a goal in each of his last two games.
The last time the two teams met The Seagulls won 3-0 at home with likes of Leonardo Ulloa scoring who has now left to join Leicester. The reverse fixture was won 3-2 by Charlton thanks to a brace from Lawrie Wilson and a free kick from Yann Kermorgant.
Sami Hyypiä could use a 4-3-3 or a 4-5-1 formation to dominate midfield while Charlton could use a 4-5-1 which was effective at Huddersfield last week which ended 1-1. Albion's last game they won 2-1 vs Bolton thanks to goals from Joao Teixiera an Craig Mackail-Smith.
Charlton sit 5th in the league while Brighton are 13th.
My prediction is 2-1 to Brighton but who knows what could happen?
