We had half of our home crowd tonight away at MK Saturday - shocking!

Good performance, nothing more than that.

In past seasons, we'd of cocked this up tonight, but we're a different kettle of fish this time round.

On we march, and P.S. - Cheers Oldham.

Under 11k really is poor. That's what we were getting when we were bottom of the league last season ffs. I wasn't there but that's the first home league game I've missed this season, not really through choice though

Whats your maximum capacity now, given that you've lost the South Stand and the lower Dolman, plus safety restrictions in the upper tier of that stand?

It was just over 13k before we lost the bottom of the Dolman, not sure exactly what it is now, 12-something I'd imagine. We've sold out for Sheff Utd so we'll find out Saturday

Sell out v West Ham and it was around 12500 attendance. Only thing I can think is that a lot of people aren't bothering to pay on the day as they feel they may not be guaranteed a ticket, given the reduced capacity

I get the impression we were a bit sloppy tonight guys. After the lord mayors show or genuine cause for concern?

That and the price. Football is quite expensive for floating fans that might decide to go at the last minute.

The non-availability of matchday tickets isn't ideal either but we understand why that's the case. I'm sure a fair number would POTD if it were available.

Yeah true. MK away and then 3 home games in a row is a bit costly. Guess people have picked and chose from those 3, with Port Vale being the most unappealing (no offence Vale fans)

No cause for concern. Even though we didn't play well, we could have scored 6 with JET hitting the post and Flint+Freeman missing simple chances.

We did however not defend as tightly as we have been and Vale had 2 half chances before we scored. Also they could have scored a 2nd at the end.

You could see the players not bothering in the final 15 once the job was done and that is fair enough ahead of a bigger game Saturday.

Never expected anything from this, but the by the sounds of it, the manner has let us down again.

I notice Duffy made another cock up, how many goals is that in the past 2/3 weeks you could attribute to his mistakes? Poor defender, don't understand why people laud him up so much!

Rather gutted to see Colin Daniel was out. Was hoping to see a video of him coming on as a sub...

Vale had a few half chances and shot from range at will. We didn't look troubled or rattled as the quality wasn't there to really put us under.

Marshall looked decent out wide, Brown moaned like a little bitch and the goalie looked decent. Other than that, we seemed to coast it and could have had more.

Freeman and JET done their thing and made a difference in what seemed to be a casual performance. Everyone else was sound, Fielding made routine stops, nothing to really trouble him. Some cynical, brain cell lacking moaned at him on one occasion where he punched, rather than caught the ball. This was because he had a player right in front of him trying to head the ball and missed it!

Tavernier didn't impress me and seemed off the boil, compared to the rest, but that's me comparing him with a settle (other) 10 on the pitch.

I must say, it seemed like a routine victory (as predicted).

From what I am aware all three were terrible goals to concede and very avoidable with an average defence and its costing us dearly. First one apparently Neal should have stopped, second was a fluke and the third was similar to the third we gift them at Vale Park with a sloppy back pass.

The annoyance is teams are not having to produce real quality to beat us and luckily it sounds like Bristol City were below their usual level last night so it looked respectable.

Well a defeat is what i expected. First City goal was a cracker,no stopping that. Jet is to good for this league for sure. The other goals where sloppy, Dicko has got to go, Chris Birchall is a overweight excuse for a winger and needs dropping. Moore looked good and did more than the other deadbeats.

Just seen the goals, think the vale keeper should have done better with the first, the second goal smith was given far too much time on the ball before passing to bryan and the third was from a suicide pass.

Think fielding could have caught the ball instead of punching it but it was a tidy finish too
