Where did that come from?! From 0-2, for all our possession, Leeds sounded pretty comfortable and it just seemed to be drifting towards FT. Absolutely massive

Doesn't change anything though, we're relegation fodder.

I truly don't think we are, mate. The players we have are talented, it's the abysmal pre-season that has drained the confidence around the club. 3-4 quality additions and we will be a good outfit - we have been mismanaged off the pitch. Whether that's because we've been too ambitious in our targets, I don't know. But we need to bring in those additions, we really do.

To have 3 points from our opening 3 games is an aberration. Leading in the final 5 mins twice, 2-0 up in one of those. We'll never go up until we find some backbone and ruthlessness but fuck me we're soft bellied sometimes and I swear it happens to us more than any other team. I know everyone will feel the same about their own sides but the amount of leads we throw away is beyond belief.

Rosler will always sit back on a lead if you're ahead late on in a game. It's infuriating as a fan and one of the main reasons why Brentford fans weren't dissapointed when he left.

Maybe the turning point in your season?
Bit early for that but in terms of confidence, with Boro away on Saturday as well, vitally important to get off the mark.

And the attempted WUM'ing of City fans begins.
Really? Just saying that there's a lot of talk about 'should have won this, all these shots etc etc'. I know lots will come back from the match and talk about how shit Leeds are and how you should have won by a clear margin, but scoring isn't always down to luck. Can see why you're looking for a striker as you'll probably do alright with a bit more profligacy.

Leeds were pretty poor tonight - had 2 meaningful shots (one being a pen!) and scored both.

Most teams would have smashed them out of sight but unfortunately we are crap at the back.

We aren't too far away from being a decent side but just lack a real squad!

Just read up to Ciderhead's post celebrating Flint's goal and saw nothing like that.

Goals win you games, not stats. But stats can be a good indication of how close your team is to getting it right. 3 or 4 signings is all we need (sounds simple doesn't it!?). Not too hopeful of getting Gray after SC's interview, unfortunately.

Until the penalty I thought we just about had the better of the play, after that till.. Well our goal really I thought we were dire. Constant 15-20 yard lobs forward to no one, loads lf miss placed passes, in reality we were lucky to get the point.

What did he say?

Just dismissed the question but his tone of voice wasn't exactly encouraging. In fairness, he's not spoken about the deal once, so might just be keeping it that way. But the fee was accepted yesterday, if personal terms aren't agreed after two whole days, and there's been no signings of progression - I wouldn't say that's promising on our side.

We're not going to blow anyone away from home ever - we simply don't have the flair, so I'd expect most teams to have a lot of the play against us. It's what you expect when you go away from home. Sounded like a decent away performance where you break away fast and take your chances. It's not the performance that concerns me, it's the manner we crumbled and the way Rosler removed two of our four attacking players and replaced them with players who weren't going to take us up the pitch. I'll never understand why managers do that...I'd much sooner have Antenucci or Byram on the ball in the opposition half than have Mowatt and Berardi back camped inside ours.

Genuine question, is a Gray or a Gayle the right type of striker for your lot? Seemed like a lot of balls crossed in tonight but I'm only going off the radio? Can see why Matt Smith did what he did...shame you couldn't get him...although he was stretchered off tonight.

Leave magic alone!

Don't worry magic, I got your back, for old times sake.

Anyway, not a bad performance. Didn't do much in the final third though. Same as most games. Saying that flint was unfortunate from his header in the first half and kodjia should have done much better with his chance just after the penalty.

Didn't look a penalty to male however I think hamer was slow off his line. If he'd been out quicker it would never have been an issue as he'd have got there with ease.

Not sure how hard we tried to get Smith, would Fulham really have said no if we went in with say £3m or so? Plenty of strikers around I'd still like the look of though, Bradshaw and Wells for example if not Smith, however I now expect us to try and get someone on loan. We need to be looking at players in other positions though. A CM, Robinson went missing a lot but looked promising when on the ball, left Pack and Smith a bit exposed.

Agree with both points, happy to be corrected on a replay however I didn't think Hamer connected with the player (Dallas was it?) but he should have been off his line a second or two earlier and then there would have been no problem.

Absolutely laughable "supporter".
Why, exactly?

I pay good money to go and watch it, I'm inclined to leave whenever I like.

We came to a decision to go and get a curry. I hadn't ate since 11, I had been out in Town all day, I don't see what the problem is.

We were shit, absolutely shit.

75 minutes is an absolute joke and a disgrace. Dress it up however you like.

Do them a favour and maybe don't go any week?

I would say unlucky for missing two goals and a comeback from 'your team', but, well, we all know it isn't bad luck don't we?

Lololol

Honestly not sure if you're baiting or not, but seeing as it's me that paid the money to go, I'm inclined to make the decisions.

Flint scored in front of a half full Ashton Gate. It was sold out.

Lol. Missed both goals.

Left on 75 minutes because we were utter wank, and I'm now 20 minutes away from the stadium.

Doesn't change anything though, we're relegation fodder.
That is poor. Never leave a game early as you never know what can happen...

And we dominated tonight. We will be OK with a signing or three in defence/midfield.

Well done for paying to watch 'that shite' and leaving freely to miss two goals and a point saved in a great comeback.

Hope that curry tasted great.

If we were shit not sure what that makes Leeds, seeing as we dominated possession, territory and chances. they scored from a dive and against ten men.

We need to grow up a little and not be so open to the counter attack but a draw was the least we deserved.

We dominated Saturday, the same problems still occur. We come out like a house on fire and apply early pressure, eventually run out of steam and then get caught on the break due to lack of pace in midfield. The same will continue throughout the season if we play these players in a 3-5-2. I said in L1 that if we go up, 3-5-2 won't work, and I stand by that.

Aye, it was fine.

I'll be up at Middlesbrough on Saturday, then at Burnley, and then and Brum for all our next three games, spending a hell of a lot of money. Whatever comments you make about my support, I'm there every week, whether we're coasting L1, or getting battered in the Championship.

For 75 minutes sometimes.
