Boro are unbeaten in the league and have sold out the away end, it would be so fucking typical if we turn them over. Our recent record against them at Deepdale seems good.

Osmajic is probably 50//50, unless Heckingbottom is just being coy to the press, and I can't see Armstrong going straight into the side after only one training session. Very excited to see this kid play, Everton fans rave about him, and he has just bagged 2 in 2 for the England U19s. Him, Devine, and McCann could genuinely become one of the best midfields we've had at this level.

Imagine we'll line up something like this:

Iversen
Storey - Gibson - Hughes
Valentin - McCann - Whiteman - Small
Dobbin - Devine
Osmajic
Tell McCann to stick to Hackney like glue, and if Brittain gets caught upfield, then Small could absolutely destroy Ayling one-on-one. I think we'll be looking for that early release down the left often.

Only one game to really focus on this weekend. Massive South Coast derby at St Marys. Script is written for Chaplin to down Southampton on his 2nd debut. Very tough fixture, but probably a good time to play them away as they are in shit of transition

Absolutely shafted there. Wasn't a corner, and the goal line technology wasn't working, so not even sure if the equaliser crossed the line.

Very good game, but should have an extra 2pts on the board. Definitely missed Osmajic.

I think it was eventually but seemed to be a right old scramble.

Poor from us today - pressure on the manager again no doubt .

Need to give Lewis Dobbin a mention, I thought we were signing a bit of a donkey, but he's scored two top class goals, and just has that quality and skill to make something of very little.

If Osmajic is back for Derby then I'm looking forward to seeing him, Dobbin, and Devine link up.

Good point in the end at St Marys, although without testing the goalie had the majority of the better chances. Frustrating that fellows got away with shoving Ogilvie into Schmid and injuring both of them. Deliberate and not penalised. Hit the bar aswell. Saints fans will be fuming they couldn't beat little old Pompey..
