I don't believe you've gone from the best side I have seen this season to absolute shite just by losing Doyle.

Correct.

We've lost Doyle permanently, Roberts & Gardner to injury, had an unsettled centre half pairing, & seen an arguable decline in the performance of a couple of key players (i'm thinking Jones & Lee). We're trying to integrate new players (two of whom are loans coming back from long term injuries) into our side.

I was wondering why Cookie had ditched the high tempo passing, after typing that lot maybe i shouldn't be so surprised.

I'm definitely not paying £24 to get in at Scunthorpe tomorrow. I wouldn't be surprised if losing Saturday, and playing the way we did, has taken several hundred off the away numbers.

I'm not going and neither are the folk I usually go with. I won't pay £24 at a place I've already been to twice this season to watch us hoof the ball up in the air for 90 minutes.

I've already got a ticket so I'm going (also determined to keep my 100% record intact) ... but I'm probably the least enthusiastic I've been this season.

I don't mind admitting that if we'd won I'd go tomorrow. Or possibly even just played OK. It's an easy miss though now. Hopefully I'm shown up to be the fair weather fan I must be.
