When Brad Inman was actually any good at football. I was there.

1-1. We'll be amazing for the first 15 minutes then relapse and spend 75 minutes looking like we've never seen a football before. Again.

*sigh* We were still pretty dull that season, but there were the odd moments when we attacked with a bit of directness and pace. Good times.

Crewe supporting mate was told 900 Crewe tickets sold already. Will be decent.
We had sold 9000 as of 5 on Wednesday, which is a lot higher than the usual pre-game sales of around 6000.Could be over 15,000 if Crewe bring 1200.

Nearly 800 sold as of yesterday, with pay on the gate as well should be 1200-1500

Sounds good. Hopefully the weather's decent so supporters from both sides decide on the day.

People decide to go to football by the weather?

A fairweather fan with a couple of kids deciding what to do with their Saturday would be tempted to go to the game last minute if the weather is decent.

Obviously any loyal fan wouldn't give a toss.

I've woken up on sunny Saturday mornings and decided to go to games lots of times.

Weather for Saturday is overcast anyway with a bit of rain later on.

Looks like it's relatively sound till the end of the game. Rain coming at 5ish.

Will be paying on the day for this one.

Regarding Tootle though I said at the end of last season when everyone was worried about Tootle leaving that no one in their right mind would buy a defender who was a key part in a side that conceded more goals than any other club in the Top 4 leagues. At a push, this is his level. His crossing is questionable (bar that great one for Oliver against the Vale this season), he constantly backs off like Turton does and he's certainly not the quickest. Hilariously overrated and overhyped by many of our fans and Dario. He'll probably end up at Burton next season, it wouldn't surprise me one bit.

As for our prospects tomorrow I still think we'll do what we've done last three games, start promisingly, score then sit back and await the Coventry backlash. 1-1 draw but you just know one of the sides below us will win tomorrow.

Ben Garratt will be back and on the bench for this one. Ness remains doubtful, I thought Liam Nolan was terrible when he came on for the injured Atkinson, so hopefully Ness is fit enough, or I'd go for a change in formation rather than play Nolan or Turton in midfield.

Still 50/50 about going or not, was going with my brother but he's pulled out to go mountain biking instead, so not sure its worth driving on my own to get the wrath of the Mrs for going the football on her birthday. I'll make a call in the morning.

Mountain Biking over a trip to the wonderful, multi-purpose, 32,000 seater, luxurious, Olympic stadium that is the Ricoh Arena?

I went that game, back when we were a very very good team. Although big Clayton had a stormer in goal that day. I miss Highfield Rd, a proper old fashioned stadium.

AT: City were on the turn for the better when Pressley was sacked but Mowbray has quickly stamped his mark, instilling confidence and belief in the players while tightening things up at the back.

No we weren't.

Highfield Road barely half full during that, but the atmosphere sounds decent on the video. Take me home!

Coventry 0-2 down after 35.

Couldn't see this coming - they looked fairly solid last week in all fairness.

Absolutely pathetic. Half our team don't look at all arsed even though we're nowhere near safe.

Don't be so fucking ridiculous.

First 25mins, we dominated and should've scored, Burge makes a mistake and they score, Burge makes another mistake and they score again. Nouble is a lazy bastard and doesn't track his man, cross and goal. Some players were an embarrassment and some don't deserve to be at this level (Nouble, Proschwitz, Burge).

Let's not overreact here after one result (like always win, lose or draw).

Yet again individual defensive errors killed us. Burge should have held the first one, pathetically flapped at the ball for the second and Nouble (the lazy inconsistent donkey cuntfuck) let his man get in behind to cross for the third.

On another day we would have taken the early chances and won. All we can do is dust ourselves down, go to Crawley next weekend and fight like men for our safety.

Another disappointing home performance under Mowbray.
